The care home is in a lovely setting with lovely views and nice decor inside.
The care staff and seniors that I met were lovely, very professional in manner and efficient.
I have eaten on 2 occasions there and must say the food was lovely.
My relative wasn't there for very long and the reason I have
scored Unlikely to recommend is that, he was quite demanding and hard work, (aren't a lot of elderly people?) I'm sure there are other people out there similar but it was clear that he wasn't wanted there, which was sad for him and myself. When he went to hospital he was re-assessed by the manager of the home and it was decided his needs had changed and the home could no longer cope (to me his needs were exactly the same). I will be the first to say he was hard work but just felt that the home wanted a nice calm environment with no challenges.
If your relative as no challenging behaviour then I would recommend this home, otherwise, look elsewhere.
