My nan was cared for at Aaron Grange for a number of months and the love and care shown to her in this time was excellent, very professional. As a family, we couldn't have asked for better. The home was very clean. Staff were amazing. My nan was very happy whilst at Aaron Grange.

Excellent care home. Residents always look clean and well cared for and above all else, happy. Staff always ready to help even when thin on the ground. Great care from both carers and nursing staff during recent outbreak of influenza. Activities coordinator goes above and beyond to try and find suitable activities for the wide range of ages in the home. Mum seems really happy here and this in itself helps me feel we did the right thing. Thanks.

It is a difficult thing to be able to find a place for a close relative to live with an illness. We looked at several places but are now very happy with our choice. My mother-in-law has settled well and the staff are friendly and attentive. Initially, it felt a bit strange just dropping in to visit whenever we wanted but we were always welcomed and looked after. Well done to all who work there.

Delighted with the care my mother is receiving, which is giving me peace of mind. She is always clean and well dressed and settled with the home very quickly. She is pleased with her room, and I regularly ask her if she is happy, and she always tells me that she is. It is also pleasing to hear that other relatives of residents are very happy with the care given.

Moving my mother-in-law into Aaron Grange was made so much easier for her and us by all the staff involved. There has been such a positive change in her since she moved in, and it's lovely to see her so comfortable and relaxed. She and the other residents are obviously well cared for, and I would not hesitate to recommend Aaron Grange to family and friends.

The care my mother received here was excellent. She was looked after very well by exceptional staff who always had a smile and appeared to genuinely care for all of the residents. Meals were varied and plentiful and there was no pressure for her to eat in the dining room. Every aspect of the home was better than we could have hoped.

Excellent staff all treated my mum with the utmost respect. Very pleasant and helpful to my family whenever we went to visit my mum.
All the staff became part of my mum's and my family. Didn't know them long but it seemed as if I'd known them all my life.

Thank you all so much.

My dad went into Aaron Grange after suffering a stroke which later resulted in dementia. My brother tried to care for him and also home help but finding this place was a weight lifted. We at first were not sure but week by week, things got better for him, he relaxed and got 24-hour care. The staff, in my opinion, are dedicated to care. Thanks for all the years my dad spent in Aaron Grange.

The staff at Aaron Grange were absolutely brilliant to my dad from the first day he arrived three to four years ago, up until his final day. He was cared for and looked after all the time. He was always clean and always fed. Every member of staff who tended to him brought a smile to his face which gave all my dad's family peace of mind when we left him after visiting. I would 100% recommend Aaron Grange to anybody.

I would like to say how much the staff at Aaron Grange Care Home made my dad very comfortable. They cared and cleaned him, fed him and professionally looked after him. They put me and all the family at ease. They all cared and took time to make sure he was happy. They were truly a great crew of nurses and carers. I take great pleasure in saying this.

Thank you to all the staff.

Still very helpful, can answer concerns/give advice on my nan's welfare/health. Although they are very busy, they are very patient and concerned for her happiness.

I feel welcomed and able to communicate on my nan's behalf.

My mum has been in Aaron Grange for nearly 4 weeks, in these few weeks she has put on weight she is taking more interest in herself getting washed having her hair done, getting dressed, things she was not doing in her own home. This is all due to the care she is receiving. The staff at this home also take interest in me asking how I am coping which is wonderful. Aaron Grange is where I would like to be if I was in need of being cared for.
