Rosebank has given my sister a new life, one she is thoroughly enjoying and thriving in.
Thank you so much for your kind words. It is an honour to look after your sister. I recall seeing her on the hospital ward where she had been for some months. It was a joy to bring her back to Rosebank and look after her. She has gone from strength to strength. She has a wonderful life now,...
Really happy and warm environment during the visit today. Everyone on good form and as welcoming as ever. Thanks to all.
Thank you so much for this kind review of Rosebank. It is an honour and delight to look after your brother. He is very much part of our family here. He always love seeing you and your bothers and Father. Thank you again and take care.
My brother has lived at Rosebank Care Home for the past seventeen years and has always been very happy. The staff has always been very kind, caring and supportive. My Brother has communication difficulties and the staff are always patient to understand his needs. I believe that one of the reasons for this is because there has always been a core group of staff who have supported him for many years. Although living in a care home and enjoying group activities he is always supported to be an individual and explore his own interests. It gives me peace of mind knowing he is so happy and well cared for.
Thank you so much for your kind review. It is an honour to look after your brother. He is such a lovely man. These reviews are so important to give other families the confidence to place their loved ones into Rosebank's care. It is a privilege to look after these gorgeous people and provide them with the best life possible. Once again many thanks for taking the time. Thank you.
They have excellent working links with the local medical healthcare teams, who in return are quickly responsive and understand the special needs of the Rosebank residents. The emphasis on encouraging residents to look after their own refreshments/breakfast needs and timings, and to get involved in domestic arrangements such as lunch preparation and table-setting has helped them to retain as much independence as can be expected and to feel part of a family-style 'team'. The new lift, expanded kitchen and garden room all helped to make the building accessible, efficient and welcoming, and to feel like a proper 'home' where our loved ones are looked after far batter than we would be able to.
Thank you so much for this heartfelt review. It is so kind of you to take the time to review our care. It was an honour to look after your brothers at Rosebank. They are lovely brothers and so much fun. Your words will go a long way to reassure others of the quality and depth of care at Rosebank Care Home. Thank you again and lots of love.
I can't praise the staff at Rosebank Care Home highly enough. My family friend receives the best care and the staff always go the extra mile. Rosebank has such a homely and calm atmosphere. It has recently had work done such as a new garden activity pod which has definitely changed my family friend's life. I have felt so impressed with how much Rosebank has promised its independence and set goals. I couldn't recommend Rosebank enough for their wonderful service.

This is our 2nd visit to see my step daughter, the change in her is amazing, she's gone from an unhappy introvert to a happy, chatty woman. Rosebank is a lovely, welcoming home, comfy and well maintained with friendly, caring staff. There are loads of things to her to do that she really enjoys and it's great that she participates and integrates with other residents and staff. Thank you.

She continues to flourish and is now starting to live a wonderful life. She is very much loved at Rosebank and we look forward to getting to know the whole family. Excellent care home. The staff are very caring, friendly and helpful. Really good place for younger people with learning disabilities and other problems. Carers are flexible and will assist with any problems residents may have. Would recommend this place to anyone in need of help in daily life. We have been extremely happy with the care our relative has received since moving to Rosebank over 6 years ago. We feel that he couldn't be better looked after regarding his health and mental well-being. I would recommend Rosebank to anyone looking for first-class care for their loved one. The owners and staff go above and beyond what is necessary to ensure the residents have the best care possible.

My daughter moved here in July 2024 and is extremely happy and well cared for. My daughter is a different person since she has moved to Rosebank. Her problems are well cared for and she gets assistance when she needs it. This is an excellent place for her to live. The home is beautifully decorated and very clean and the staff are lovely.
Many thanks for your kind review. It is a pleasure and honour to look after your daughter. Rosebank has wonderful staff who deliver consistent care. Many staff have been here for over 20 years therefore providing expertise few homes can offer. Once again huge thanks for your words and I will be sure to inform our fabulous staff.
When my son arrived at Rosebank he was in a very dark place but all the care and attention he received slowly brought him back to the happy person he had been before. It was the best thing I ever did, finding him a place at Rosebank and he continues to blossom. The staff and management are all fabulous and are very approachable. He is so happy and content now it is a joy to see.
