Halton View is a modern development built specifically for the clients in your local area. The home specialises in residential and dementia care, offering a selection of lounge areas and pleasant garden areas.

Carers offer residents and their families the support they need during what many find some of the most trying times of their lives. Families are truly grateful for the personal support they receive, when faced with one of life's very difficult decisions and the team pride themselves on continuing that support to residents and their families from the moment they contact the home throughout the whole of their stay and beyond.

The approach to care is simple - look after the person and not the ailment/condition alone - Carers want to get to know their residents and their families, thus enabling them to look after the whole person and not just to concentrate on the task in hand. Staff get to know their clients, who they are, who they were and how they have come to be at the home. Carers get to know their families too and like to understand the dynamics within the family setting and how best they can support these as they build a relationship of trust. Since my dad has been here I have noticed a big change in him, he is relaxed and he doesn't walk around with his shoulders all up tight, he is really relaxed and happy. I can't thank the staff and admin staff enough they are all a credit.
