Mum went into Waterside in March 2022 and can’t believe how well she has settled in. She is so happy and we know she is safe. The staff are lovely and brilliant with Mum when we visit. It is a small, friendly and happy home and we are so grateful for all their hard work.

We had a wonderful afternoon tea for the Queen's Jubilee with my mum. The staff were amazing and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed, even bringing soft drinks for the children.
My family all appreciate the hard work and friendliness of the staff. Big thank you.

My mother’s health has improved enormously since she has been at Waterside Care Home. The staff are friendly, professional and caring. They make visitors very welcome too. Nothing is too much trouble. The activities are enjoyable and varied. The situation on the Promenade is delightful.

The staff made mum feel really welcome when she arrived. Mum wasn't in a good state when she arrived due to an accident and being in hospital. The staff have done really well in building mum back up again and we are pleased with mums recovery. The staff have been excellent with her. Many thanks to them
for doing all they can for mum.

Due to COVID-19, I was unable to pre-visit this home before my mother became a resident but I have found over the last 9 months that all the staff are so kind, caring, thoughtful and supportive towards myself and my mother ay such a difficult time. I am able to speak to mum and visit her knowing all
government guidelines are strictly adhered to. She is very settled and happy as I am. Keep up the good work you are all fabulous!
