My father has been living permanently @ Town Moor Home for the last 6 months. I cannot thank & praise enough all the staff that work there, especially Jill the assistant manager. They are caring, patient & so friendly with my father & with the other residents. They have great activities that take place in the home as well as outdoor trips. I have also found that they have been very informative & supportive also of my needs & worries also in relation to my dads well being. Also because the home has few residents & its design & decoration it has a friendly & homely atmosphere & does not feel like a residential care home. I would not hesitate to recommend the care home to anyone who needs its specialised care & service.
Thank you for leaving your review. I will ensure this is passed on to the team its very much appreciated.
A big thank you to all the staff at Town Moore House, you all have wings behind your backs. I have seen for myself how good you make each and every one of the residents feel and if they're having a bad day I have seen for myself how professional you handle things making really hard days seem effortless and take it all in your stride. Every time I walk in Town Moor House it smells clean and all the rooms I have seen are spotless. A big big thank you to the manager and all staff. If only all care home were like Town Moor House. Exceptional compassionate care for anyone that walks through the door.
Thank you for taking the time to leave your review, feedback is very important, I will pass on this to the staff.
I cannot find the words to properly express my gratitude to the incredible team at Town Moor House seeing my Mother needed this level of support is incredibly tough and hard to see and watch however all the staff here has looked after my Mother so well that I sleep well now at night knowing my Mother is so well cared for, just as if it was myself doing it. I want to extend my Deepest Respect to the manager who leads this care home - with so much heart and compassion. the nurses and every single member of the support staff give 100% all the time. All staff have truly gone above and beyond the call of duty for my Mother and myself and I want to thank all the staff from the bottom of my heart. You are all heroes! A big thank you.
Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. I will pass on your kind words to the team, and it makes us happy to give you peace of mind.

In addition, each day there are some great and different activities and to see Mum engaged and getting involved and enjoying these brings joy to me when I see the photos on social media.
Obviously whenever anybody has to move a loved one into a care/residential facility it is a difficult time and you always have your concerns and doubts. However I can honestly say that I have never had any of these. The staff are wonderful and caring and nothing ever seems to be too much trouble for them
Prior to moving into TM I worried 24/7 about Mum's health, safety and wellbeing with her being on her own at home, but now I have the comfort knowing she is safe and well looked after. Thank you Town Moor

Fantasic care home, my mum has settled in so well she thinks she is at home. The staff are brilliant and i cnt thank them enough. Its a pleasure to go and visit. And the place is so nice and clean. Highly recommeded.
Thank you so much for your review, we really do appreciate it. I will pass your review on to the team.
Sadly, my Mum's health deteriorated and in October 2025 she became bed bound. The care she received from the team was outstanding. They ensured she was comfortable and her personal hygiene needs were met at all times. She was always treated with dignity and respect.
The staff would always be on hand should she need anything.
Whenever activities were arranged the Acivity co- ordinator would include her, she would even read to her if we weren't visiting so she wasn't alone.
The staff have been so supportive to us as a family, and have shown true friendship and care which has helped us enormously through the difficult weeks leading up to Mum passing away. Thank you does not seem enough. We are so pleased we chose Town Moor care home for our lovely Mum.

I've recently moved my mum to this care home and it's the best thing I have ever done, the care from everyone, from the manager, career's, activities coordinator, kitchen, domestic and laundry is second, to none and she's really settled in and enjoying herself. I can't thank them all enough
Thank you for your kind words, I will pass them on to the team. We try our best.
The care staff go above and beyond for their residents. They are helpful and supportive. Good with communication with family members. They spend time with residents and provide day trips for those who want and able to go to the places. All staff are approachable and friendly.
Thank you for your review and lovely feedback. Our care staff are amazing. Thanks again
Her room is spacious, well equipped and has a homely feel. There are plenty of bathrooms and the communal areas, such as the lounges and dining room, are lovely.
The meals are very good and plentiful.
There is access to outside areas when the weather is nice and there are regular activities and trips organised.
A hairdresser visits weekly and a chiropodist comes to the home every six weeks.
It really is a lovely place for mum now that she cannot manage in her own home.
I now feel happy that she is safe, well nourished and cared for.

My mum went into town moor for 2 weeks respite just to give myself and my partner a break. My mum was only there a few days as unfortunately she passed away there. ( nothing to do with the home). The few days she was there she was treated well and always had a good word to say about the carers and the care she received. I know that if only for the short amount of time she was there she was happy and she was thinking about making town moor her permanent home. Cannot thank the staff enough for making her happy in her last few days of her life as I know she could be difficult at times and for that I will always be grateful. Thankyou town moor
Thank you again for taking the time to leave us your review. I will ensure this feedback is re-laid to the staff. We are pleased to hear that you and your mum were happy with the care and supported her in her last few days.
I feel very satisfied with the care given with care, compassion and empathy. My aunt has settled well and appears to be very happy and relaxed due to the nice warm and friendly environment of the staff. The home has just undergone a slight renovation which has brightened the rooms up.
Thank you for making time to give your feedback. We pride yourself on our care and environment.
My nanna has been here for over a year now and we have always had a positive experience. This was a last resort for us and we couldn't have chosen a better home for her. The home is always clean and tidy and I love looking at photo updates of what they are getting up to.
Thank you very much for your wonderful feedback and kind words. I will ensure this is relayed to staff.
On my visits to see my father-in-law the staff are very helpful and caring towards me and my father-in-law, nothing is too much trouble, they go over and above to help. It is a pleasure to go and see him in the home.
Thank you very much for your wonderful feedback and kind words. I will ensure this is relayed to staff.
Dad has been in Town Moor House now for 3 weeks respite and we are delighted with the care he has received. I have no hesitation in recommending this care home. The staff are all wonderful and Dad is very happy.
Thank you very much for your wonderful feedback and kind words. I will ensure this is relayed to staff.
Dad recently moved in for respite care and the staff have been very welcoming. Dad is very frail but the compassion they show when dealing with him is so reassuring for us - knowing he is safe and cared for is everything to us. He has already settled in and can't now imagine being elsewhere!
Thank you for your kind words and review. We are very happy that your Dad has settled. Lovely gentleman.
Mum moved in recently to Town Moor House and has settled in really well. It feels so homely there and the staff are lovely and caring and I know Mum is safe and well looked after. She's been participating in the activities and enjoyed a trip out to a garden centre. I can't thank the staff enough for all they do. Highly recommend this wonderful home.
Thank you for your review and feedback. We are so happy that Mum has settled in well and enjoying the activities.

Claire started her career in Social Care working as a Domiciliary Community Care Assistant. In 2008 Claire moved into a 24-hour residential care home working as a Care Assistant and then was promoted to Senior Care Assistant.
Claire started at Trust Care in September 2016 employed as a Senior Care Assistant and Clinical Lead at Woodlea Residential Home. After intensive training and personal development Claire progressed to Deputy Manager and then Home Manager of Town Moor House.
Claire said "I feel valued and appreciated. Excellent support at Trust Care, thank you for believing in me and getting me to believe in myself."

Jill first started her career at the age of 18 as a Care Assistant, after completing her Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications in Health & Social Care. Jill was quickly promoted to Team Leader and started her Senior Care Assistant practical training. Jill is now the proud Deputy of Town Moor House.
Jill said, "Trust Care is a warm and friendly company. The Directors, Steve & Andrew, know their staff by name, and any problem we have at the home is quickly dealt with, and they are extremely supportive. Been at Town Moor House, I feel I am coming home each day, learning something new and doing the best for our residents"

"I only joined the care sector for the first time in February 2022. Prior to this, I worked in the legal sector as a legal secretary for nearly 16 years.
I decided to join Trust Care as I felt that the time had come for a change in career, also the job role was more suited to my family life. I can drop my children at school and pick them up which I couldn’t do with any other job advertised."
"Within Trust Care, you are treated and valued as an individual person, not just a number. Management and members of staff are extremely supportive of each other. Training is always provided which is beneficial for your job role. Nothing is ever too much trouble. We have a fantastic Home Manager who is supportive and approachable. The Home has a very “homely feel” and doesn’t feel like you are actually coming to work. Such an amazing company to work for, which makes the morale much more positive."
