Care Homes Owned by Trust Care Ltd

Even though I have put this month to relate to the review is from the day Trust Care took over Bridgewater Care Home. From asking the staff what would make the place better for both them + residents to about a month ago when visitors turned up my husband refuse to see. The managers on duty handled the situation with firmness but dignified. No other visitor nor resident witnessed any of this.

I find all the staff including carers, cleaners, cooks, laundry, office and handyman are all diamonds in this care home. Very caring and helpful, they listen to any concerns I have, they are all so friendly to my Dad and our family, excellent throughout. The home is going through upgrades and it's still kept clean and safe everywhere. I feel at ease knowing my Dad is safe and well looked after .

My mother has Alzheimer's and has been a resident at Town Moor House since summer 2025. The facilities and care are excellent and the staff are compassionate and helpful to the residents, and to family and visitors, often going beyond what one would expect to facilitate visits and outings.

The atmosphere within the care home is friendly and supportive, seeming to meet the varied and complex needs of the residents, and its relatively small size means that there is a good atmosphere where people are treated as individuals catering to their own needs and preferences.

When medical issues inevitably arise, the staff are quick to arrange for help and to keep family informed and up to date.

Town Moor House had been (and remains) an excellent choice for my mother's care and I am grateful to have found such and excellent place for her.

After my dad being in a different care home which was terrible and myself and my sister having safeguarding cases open, my dad came to Bridgewater a few months ago, the whole time the care has been second to none, absolutely Fantastic care staff and nurses, I would recommend this care home to anyone, my dad is happy and in the best health he has been in a long time, I trust every single member of staff there with his care. They look after the family too, and a lot of the carers and nurses you can have a laugh with too.

Mum came in for respite after a fall, I found all the staff hard working and friendly, special mention to Val and Rose who couldn't have helped us more through a difficult time. I would definitely recommend.

She is well cared for and happy to be there. Communication is open and they are happy to address any concerns quickly.

Can't thank the staff and management enough for the care and attention they provide

There is a high standard of cleanliness, rooms are tidy and furniture is of excellent quality.

This time last week i was exhausted trying to get the care my Mum needed I called Oaklands having been highly recommended and even though it was a weekend i was lucky enough to receive a call back from Emma who did an assessment and my Mum was all checked in by Sunday afternoon. Emma and her team of caring staff ( too many to mention) have been nothing short of amazing, thank you so much too you all for the work and compassion you deliver on a daily basis and for making my Mum comfortable. There is always wonderful activities going on for all thr residents which is wonderful

My wife has been a resident for almost 2 weeks. During this time she has been treated with great care and respect. Staff very professional.

I think it's easier to complain than to say well done and thank you -however I have nothing but praise and compliments for this amazing care home. We came across it by accident - there was a space for respite. This became full time. What a happy accident.

My mum has had an amazing experience here. The staff are got to know her quickly and cared for her with so much dignity . She was listened to and given time. One member of staff took her laptop into my mum's room to work and chat to my mum at the same time !! I have so many names of amazing staff I wouldn't know where to start.

This is a place that live and breathe the word care. Our gratitude is beyond words.

Kaisa and her team do a great job and I am very happy with the care that they provide to my father.

I have found all the staff to be very professional & polite. They genuinely care for the residents & the relationships they are building with them. The family have peace of mind knowing that she is cared for properly. She always looks clean & dressed appropriately for the weather. There is a lovely atmosphere within the care home staff are happy to help & support everyone.

My mother in law came in here for a short stay, during her time here she was happy, relaxed and felt safe, I was informed in all my mother in laws care and was supported by the staff and management.

A big thank you to everyone. All staff treat my mother-in-law with care and dignity. They share information openly and keep the family informed of all necessary information in a timely manner. Any requests the family family have are listened to and actioned upon. Until my mother-in-law was bedridden, they enocuraged her to participate in the many activities held at the home, even taking her out in the many activities held at the home, even taking her out into the local community for a change of scenery. They care for her well now she is quite poorly!

Town moor is really relaxed and all the residents seem to be settled. It is without doubt the best care home I have visited. There is always something going on for the residents. The food is really good and you can always ask for snacks etc any time
