There is always wonderful activities going on for all thr residents which is wonderful

My wife has been a resident for almost 2 weeks. During this time she has been treated with great care and respect. Staff very professional.

I think it's easier to complain than to say well done and thank you -however I have nothing but praise and compliments for this amazing care home. We came across it by accident - there was a space for respite. This became full time. What a happy accident.

My mum has had an amazing experience here. The staff are got to know her quickly and cared for her with so much dignity . She was listened to and given time. One member of staff took her laptop into my mum's room to work and chat to my mum at the same time !! I have so many names of amazing staff I wouldn't know where to start.

This is a place that live and breathe the word care. Our gratitude is beyond words.

Kaisa and her team do a great job and I am very happy with the care that they provide to my father.

I have found all the staff to be very professional & polite. They genuinely care for the residents & the relationships they are building with them. The family have peace of mind knowing that she is cared for properly. She always looks clean & dressed appropriately for the weather. There is a lovely atmosphere within the care home staff are happy to help & support everyone.

My mother in law came in here for a short stay, during her time here she was happy, relaxed and felt safe, I was informed in all my mother in laws care and was supported by the staff and management.

A big thank you to everyone. All staff treat my mother-in-law with care and dignity. They share information openly and keep the family informed of all necessary information in a timely manner. Any requests the family family have are listened to and actioned upon. Until my mother-in-law was bedridden, they enocuraged her to participate in the many activities held at the home, even taking her out in the many activities held at the home, even taking her out into the local community for a change of scenery. They care for her well now she is quite poorly!

Town moor is really relaxed and all the residents seem to be settled. It is without doubt the best care home I have visited. There is always something going on for the residents. The food is really good and you can always ask for snacks etc any time

Very good staff and help so much with everything required from day to day care to assistance with medical reviews a diagnosis.

Don't know what we would have done without holly tree lodge stepping in to offer care assistance.

My mum was blue lighted to hospital where she spent 24 hours in reusitation requiring aggressive treatment to control her heart rate which the medical staff put down to dehydration.

My father has been living permanently @ Town Moor Home for the last 6 months. I cannot thank & praise enough all the staff that work there, especially Jill the assistant manager. They are caring, patient & so friendly with my father & with the other residents. They have great activities that take place in the home as well as outdoor trips. I have also found that they have been very informative & supportive also of my needs & worries also in relation to my dads well being. Also because the home has few residents & its design & decoration it has a friendly & homely atmosphere & does not feel like a residential care home. I would not hesitate to recommend the care home to anyone who needs its specialised care & service.

A big thank you to all the staff at Town Moore House, you all have wings behind your backs. I have seen for myself how good you make each and every one of the residents feel and if they're having a bad day I have seen for myself how professional you handle things making really hard days seem effortless and take it all in your stride. Every time I walk in Town Moor House it smells clean and all the rooms I have seen are spotless. A big big thank you to the manager and all staff. If only all care home were like Town Moor House. Exceptional compassionate care for anyone that walks through the door.

I cannot find the words to properly express my gratitude to the incredible team at Town Moor House seeing my Mother needed this level of support is incredibly tough and hard to see and watch however all the staff here has looked after my Mother so well that I sleep well now at night knowing my Mother is so well cared for, just as if it was myself doing it. I want to extend my Deepest Respect to the manager who leads this care home - with so much heart and compassion. the nurses and every single member of the support staff give 100% all the time. All staff have truly gone above and beyond the call of duty for my Mother and myself and I want to thank all the staff from the bottom of my heart. You are all heroes! A big thank you.

Find the staff friendly caring always try to do their best Always listen to any concerns and importantly react. Always keep family informed of any concerns they have and what actions they will take

Always a pleasure to visit my friend at Attlee Court. He is so happy here. His family are so grateful for the care he receives. Lunch looked so delicious today - those chips! but I was good and only had salad. Thank you everyone.

My partner went into town moor house this month and I knew then that it was the right decision the staff are lovely the home is very clean and homely all the food is home cooked the other residents all look very happy and well looked after I am pleased I made this choice for him
