My mother in law came in here for a short stay, during her time here she was happy, relaxed and felt safe, I was informed in all my mother in laws care and was supported by the staff and management.

A big thank you to everyone. All staff treat my mother-in-law with care and dignity. They share information openly and keep the family informed of all necessary information in a timely manner. Any requests the family family have are listened to and actioned upon. Until my mother-in-law was bedridden, they enocuraged her to participate in the many activities held at the home, even taking her out in the many activities held at the home, even taking her out into the local community for a change of scenery. They care for her well now she is quite poorly!

When 2 carers finally...
My mum was blue lighted to hospital where she spent 24 hours in reusitation requiring aggressive treatment to control her heart rate which the medical staff put down to dehydration.
Once our investigation is complete, we will contact you directly with our findings with any relevant supporting information.

When my friend arrived at Wrawby Hall, he was very ill after a fall which broke his hip in two places. He was also very confused. After his stay, he is so much better; his mobility is still poor, but nothing can be done with that, and he is in much better health, mentally and physically. The staff...
When my friend arrived at Wrawby Hall, he was very ill after a fall which broke his hip in two places. He was also very confused. After his stay, he is so much better; his mobility is still poor, but nothing can be done with that, and he is in much better health, mentally and physically. The staff here are excellent and treat everyone with respect and care. They definitely go above and beyond. I would like to thank eveyone, and I would recommend Wrawby Hall.

I would not recommend this facility for a loved one, suffering with dementia. The dignified & personal care was such a low, my loved one was wet/soiled upon every visit, meaning family had to do this. IPC was not controlled at all, staff were unable to answer questions in relation to preventing...
I would not recommend this facility for a loved one, suffering with dementia. The dignified & personal care was such a low, my loved one was wet/soiled upon every visit, meaning family had to do this. IPC was not controlled at all, staff were unable to answer questions in relation to preventing certain things. Knifes & forks were left with my loved one, wandering around with them & no staff supervising. Residents were able to access my loved one's room continuously without being stopped. An ambulance had arrived and a relative stayed with my loved one for 6 hours, my loved one didn't get offered food or drink. The level of care was very poor, not person centred or dignified, as well as being given false updates on what my loved one was doing. Do not recommend.

Investigations found the care provided was compliant and not reflective of the concerns described. That said, we remain committed to safe, dignified, person-centred care and welcome the chance to speak with you directly. Please contact the Home Manager if you feel comfortable doing so.
Wrawby Hall is a warm friendly and welcoming home from home. The staff provide high quality care and treat their residents with total respect. The highlight of the day is the food which is all cooked on site and offers a good choice. I would not hesitate to recommend Wrawby Hall.

The care mum receives is 100%. I really cannot wish for anything better. Mum is kept very clean and well dressed. The food is good and mum also enjoys the good supply of coffee and biscuits'. Staff are always jolly and on hand to help with anything needed. Mum also enjoys the activities.

Danielle is our Home Manager at Wrawby Hall. Danielle has worked in the care industry for 12 years and has experience in many different areas. Danielle has worked for Trust Care for nearly 2 years and at Wrawby Hall for just over a year.
Sharon has a wealth of knowledge within the Care industry and has also worked for many years as a Senior Care Assistant. Prior to this Sharon worked for the Local Authority as a chef.
