My sister is very happy in this facility, that tells me all I need to know about her care here. The staff are all very friendly, helpful and caring. I would certainly recommend Wrawby Hall to anyone who enquired.

My father is the happiest I have seen him in years and that is thanks to the care and the staff at Wrawby Hall. The home itself is spotless and beautifully decorated. The staff are attentive and so kind, both to my father and us. We are so happy he is being so well looked after and we, as his family, feel completely supported.

Reply from Thomas Ogden, Head of Development and Engagement at Wrawby Hall

I love to see how comfortable and settled my mum is and how relaxed she is around the staff. All members of staff are approachable and very attentive to all the residents. It's great that the staff get involved in all kinds of fundraising for the home. Overall, I am happy that my mum is very settled and has her feet very much under the table but that is down to the great work from all the members of staff.

My mum was in the care of Wrawby Hall for only a short while but in that time I could not ask for better care. The compassion the staff have towards all of the residents is something you will not find anywhere else. The staff were always very helpful and professional. They always ensured that dignity was always kept at all times. Laundry assistants and cleaners and cooks always took the time to speak to and interact with my mum.

Mum has been a resident since April 2022, she has had really good care, while she has been in the care home. She has been ill few times, and staff have been very good and find to her, she has been really poorly recently and staff have tried, unsuccessfully, to get a doctor to visit but nurses have visited a few times, fortunately, she is much improved now. I am well satisfied that she is being really well looked after.

Overall Experience

Our mum has been a resident of Wrawby Hall since September 2022 and it was one of the most difficult decisions we have ever had to make, however, it was also one of the best. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. They work so very hard to provide mum with the care and compassion she deserves in her later years. Not only that, but they also give her love (and lots of hugs) when she needs it. It is a very well-kept home in a picturesque little village where mum grew up. We couldn't have chosen any better. We now feel so at ease knowing that we have placed her in the best place. She is so safe and happy. Thank you to each member of staff for taking good care of her.

My nanna is so much happier since being at Wrawby Hall. The staff are so caring and when she's frustrated they talk to her and make time. They treat her as one of their own. They all work so hard as a team. They even put a smile on my face. I feel at ease knowing she is safe and well cared for. The home is well-kept and clean. The nutritious food is amazing. I would just like to pat each and every one of you on the back for the love and care you give and show my nanna.

My mum has been at Wrawby Hall for six months now and it's the best thing we did for her safety. The home is well-presented and well-kept. The staff and management are so friendly and caring and go that extra mile to make sure mum is cared for. We have visited other homes and this is one of the best. Our mum has changed since being here. She smiles now. The food is amazing and they do lots of activities. This is by far the best care home for mum. Thank you for all your care, love and compassion.

We would like to recognise one of the carers' efforts over the 7th and 8th of January 2023 whilst my sister and I were present and looking after our mother. She was very conscientious and showed us the empathy we needed to help care for our mother, even when we left the home she kept me in regular contact with updates with mum.

What an absolute credit she is to Wrawby Hall, the residents and their relatives.
