My father has been living permanently @ Town Moor Home for the last 6 months. I cannot thank & praise enough all the staff that work there, especially Jill the assistant manager. They are caring, patient & so friendly with my father & with the other residents. They have great activities that take place in the home as well as outdoor trips. I have also found that they have been very informative & supportive also of my needs & worries also in relation to my dads well being. Also because the home has few residents & its design & decoration it has a friendly & homely atmosphere & does not feel like a residential care home. I would not hesitate to recommend the care home to anyone who needs its specialised care & service.

A big thank you to all the staff at Town Moore House, you all have wings behind your backs. I have seen for myself how good you make each and every one of the residents feel and if they're having a bad day I have seen for myself how professional you handle things making really hard days seem effortless and take it all in your stride. Every time I walk in Town Moor House it smells clean and all the rooms I have seen are spotless. A big big thank you to the manager and all staff. If only all care home were like Town Moor House. Exceptional compassionate care for anyone that walks through the door.

I cannot find the words to properly express my gratitude to the incredible team at Town Moor House seeing my Mother needed this level of support is incredibly tough and hard to see and watch however all the staff here has looked after my Mother so well that I sleep well now at night knowing my Mother is so well cared for, just as if it was myself doing it. I want to extend my Deepest Respect to the manager who leads this care home - with so much heart and compassion. the nurses and every single member of the support staff give 100% all the time. All staff have truly gone above and beyond the call of duty for my Mother and myself and I want to thank all the staff from the bottom of my heart. You are all heroes! A big thank you.

My partner went into town moor house this month and I knew then that it was the right decision the staff are lovely the home is very clean and homely all the food is home cooked the other residents all look very happy and well looked after I am pleased I made this choice for him

This place is fantastic. My brother has only been here for 2 weeks but I can honestly say I am super impressed by everything. The staff are all lovely. The place is clean and at last I feel like John is being cared for. I would definitely recommend this care home.

My mum has been in The Laurels just over 2 years. Her care there has been excellent from day one. The management and staff are a great team of people who work together to provide the residents with a range of activities and entertainment. We would highly recommend The Laurels to anyone who needed care. Many thanks for everything you do!!

When my sister came to The Laurels. She had been in a bad carehome. We knew she would be well looked after because my brother had been there too. The care workers are very kind and and do their jobs very well. My brother was very happy at The Laurels he was here during covid time. I really like everything the management do for all the residants and visitors. I would recommend The Laurels 100% to anyone wanting to a great care home.

The staff are excellent at The Laurels and my dad is well looked after here. The staff are very kind and caring with my dad and nothing is too much trouble.

My advice. Stay at home for as long as possible and then speak to Darren.

Prior to moving into TM I worried 24/7 about Mum's health, safety and wellbeing with her being on her own at home, but now I have the comfort knowing she is safe and well looked after. Thank you Town Moor

My husband has been In Town Moor house for a few years and I couldn't wish for a better place. The staff are all wonderfull and friendly also very good at their jobs. The meals look delicious. They also take the residents out on trips plus they have very good activities lady who is very creative.I would recommend Town Moor house to anyone.

Mum is very happy, she looks well and is eating and drinking well. The staff are excellent with her, even though she can be challenging.

My mother arrive at The Laurels 5 weeks ago after spending 12 days in hospital due to a serious fall in her bungalow. The manager came to visit mum in hospital after making enquiries about placing mum in The Laurels. Everything was explained very clearly and very informative. Thank full we have been very impressed by the care and support mum has received by all the care staff and other ancillary/support staff working there. The staff have been very supportive to not just mum, but the rest of our family, always keeping us updated on how she is settling in and progressing. The laurels has a very lovely friendly atmosphere.

My wife & I have nothing but praise for the care given to both my mother-in-law, Lyn and prior to this my wife's uncle Frank. The quality of their everyday experiences has been first class ranging from basic personal care through to home events like music and entertainment. The staff have always been exemplary with first class care, communication and empathy.

Fantasic care home, my mum has settled in so well she thinks she is at home. The staff are brilliant and i cnt thank them enough. Its a pleasure to go and visit. And the place is so nice and clean. Highly recommeded.

The staff have been so supportive to us as a family, and have shown true friendship and care which has helped us enormously through the difficult weeks leading up to Mum passing away. Thank you does not seem enough. We are so pleased we chose Town Moor care home for our lovely Mum.
