The manner in which they interact with the residents is excellent and caring , particularly when some residents may be distressed or confused. They have my admiration
I cant say how happy and impressed I am with Holly Tree Lodge it is a fantastic care home. My wife is a young woman with complex needs so not your average person needing care. I had major difficulties finding anywhere for her to get the significant support she truly needs. In my professional and personal life I have been involved with a large number of care homes and can honestly say that Holly Tree Lodge is the best I've seen. Its a safe, caring and surprisingly happy place despite the obviously severe and complex needs of the residents. Every department from domestic staff to management has been fantastic, professional and caring. They treat my wife with dignity, kindness, compassion and real individualised care. I couldn't ask for a better place for her to call home. Thank you

"I began my journey into the care home as a Registered Nurse, ready to face the challenges. Although it was a test, I also found many positive aspects. After a year, I was promoted to the position of Deputy Manager, which allowed me to gain further experience. Both roles have given me a lot of satisfaction and enabled me to find fulfilment in my work. Alongside the residents and their families, we can genuinely say that we are building the Holly Tree Lodge Family."
"Our care and dedication make this place truly special. I really appreciate the strong support from Andrew and Steve and the managers, their frequent visits, attention to detail and their commitment to promoting staff training. These aspects make our company a great place to work."

Sarah came to Holly Tree and was initially employed as the activities coordinator, then was promoted to Senior Care Assistant. She decided to take a different career path and became a home administrator.
