My nanna was very well cared for during her time in Bridgwater. All of the staff members are very friendly and you're always welcomes with a smile when you arrive. The home is always clean and tidy. The food always looks lovely too! She was so well looked after she was able to return to her own home.

I would not recommend this facility for a loved one, suffering with dementia. The dignified & personal care was such a low, my loved one was wet/soiled upon every visit, meaning family had to do this. IPC was not controlled at all, staff were unable to answer questions in relation to preventing certain
things. Knifes & forks were left with my loved one, wandering around with them & no staff supervising. Residents were able to access my loved one's room continuously without being stopped. An ambulance had arrived and a relative stayed with my loved one for 6 hours, my loved one didn't get offered food or drink. The level of care was very poor, not person centred or dignified, as well as being given false updates on what my loved one was doing. Do not recommend.
Reply from Julie Moran, Trust Care at Wrawby HallThank you for sharing your feedback about your loved one's experience at Wrawby Hall. We're very sorry to hear your concerns and understand how upsetting this must be. We've reviewed the areas you raised-personal care, infection control, supervision, and communication-and sought safeguarding advice to ensure our processes were appropriate. Investigations found the care provided was compliant and not reflective of the concerns described. That said, we remain committed to safe, dignified, person-centred care and welcome the chance to speak with you directly. Please contact the Home Manager if you feel comfortable doing so.

Wrawby Hall is a warm friendly and welcoming home from home. The staff provide high quality care and treat their residents with total respect. The highlight of the day is the food which is all cooked on site and offers a good choice. I would not hesitate to recommend Wrawby Hall.

After 3 weeks in a hospital we had the opportunity to move our 81 year old mother to a care home with nursing care. What a difference it made to our mother and my sister and I. We cannot recommend Bridgewater Park highly enough. The whole team from office, nurses, carers, catering staff, tea ladies,
cleaners were all angels in disguise who wrapped our mother (and us) in compassionate, loving, tender care made the most difficult and painful of times as dignified and caring as was possible. We cannot thank and praise them enough.

Our mother's care is very good, with all her needs met. She is always dressed very smartly. It is nice to see a smile on mum's face when we visit her. The food is very good, which we know she enjoys very much. The staff are always upbeat and always include mum in activities. Her health and mobility
have greatly improved since being a resident.
Reply from Danielle Savage, Home Manager at Wrawby HallThank you very much for your kind review. I will pass this on to the team

The care mum receives is 100%. I really cannot wish for anything better. Mum is kept very clean and well dressed. The food is good and mum also enjoys the good supply of coffee and biscuits'. Staff are always jolly and on hand to help with anything needed. Mum also enjoys the activities.

Bob received good care at Bridgewater Park in Scunthorpe. His carers and nurses made sure he was well looked after during his short stay at the home.
We felt happy that his needs were being met and that he was safe and well looked after.
The home is in the process of some renovation and decoration
which will make it an even better environment for residents and visitors alike.
Would recommend.

Throughout Mum's 14 month stay at Bridgewater - initially on the dementia side, then in palliative care for the final 2 weeks, she was in very good hands.
We felt sure at all times that she was safe, comfortable, and treated with respect and dignity.
All staff were kind and helpful.
Our thanks go

My mum moved into the dementia section at Bridgewater Park over a year ago, it has been heartbreaking to watch her condition deteriate, but at the same receiving the best possible care from all of the staff.
Thank you Bridgewater Park.

My mother has been in Bridgewater Park Care Home for over eighteen months. Thank God she's so happy, they take extremely good care of her, all the staff from the nurses, cleaners, carers, laundry staff and kitchen staff, everyone. They are like her second family and mine, so thoughtful, caring and considerate,
nothing is too much.
Any time my mum has been poorly they have been straight on the phone to ask advice from her doctor and any small issues are dealt with immediately. I go every day, near enough, to see my mum and chat with all the staff, great bunch, and they always pop in to have a chat with my mum if I don't go.
I have realised from all this time what a great job all the staff do, even though understaffed at times, no resident goes without and my mum loves the food and especially all the delicious puddings.
I would just like to thank everyone for making my mum's life worth living and don't get me wrong, she can be a bit of a diva sometimes as we all know.
