I love how the staff have kept my mum safe, really welcoming towards us, do lots of activities. They also have people in who sing the old songs which is really nice, my mum loves it and I know she's happy and well.
Thank you for your feedback, I will past this onto staff. I'm so happy that your Mum is happy.
Gorgeous place, lovely, caring staff! Mum is very well cared for, lots of things to do, always meet Mum's needs and above, we couldn't be happier, highly recommended. A big thank you to everyone.

The care my nana has received over the last year has been fantastic. All the staff are lovely, very helpful and caring. Home from home feel and lots of fun activities for the residents every week. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this care home.
Thank you for your review and kind words. I will ensure I feed it back to my team.
From the first moment of walking into Town Moor House, the atmosphere is a very welcoming and homely one. Every single member of the staff is truly superb, wonderfully caring and extremely friendly with residents and visitors alike. They honestly do everything they possibly can to ensure the comfort and safety of all residents. Thank you so much to all the amazing staff there for taking such great care of my grandma.
Thank you very much for your wonderful feedback and kind word. I will ensure this is relayed to staff.
Always a lovely reception from the staff. Mum looks well cared for and it’s apparent that Mum's safety is met. Lots of lovely activities which I can view on social media. As I live away it’s lovely to see the photos.
Thank you for taking the time to complete your review and for your feedback.
Staff are always polite to visitors and the place is looked after.
Thank you for your feedback. It is much appreciated.
Although my Mum has been a resident for a short period of time, I could not be happier with the love and care shown to her by both management and all staff. The home has a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. I would recommend Town Moor House extremely highly.
Thank you for your kind words and feedback. We care deeply and it is nice it shows.
We as a family are really pleased with the care and attention that is given to my mum. She’s much happier and listened to by carers/staff than she was in her previous home which makes my mum communicate better with us too.
Thank you for your kind feedback. I will pass this onto the staff.
Having opportunities to socialise was an important factor for her and she has been able to enjoy the many activities and outings provided and companionship from not only other residents but the staff themselves.
Communication with families is excellent from sharing wonderful photos on social media to help those further away stay in touch to having very much an 'open door' policy for visitors.
We cannot thank the staff enough for the quality of holistic care they have, and continue to, provide for Mum at every stage of her illness.
To say that the team goes above and beyond does not even begin to describe the level of patience, care and genuine affection that Mum has been shown. Town Moor House is like an extension of family!
Thank you very much for your feedback and very kind words, we are very proud of our team.
It was the most difficult decision of our lives but myself and my sister were aided by the staff making the transition into care for our mum. The care home assets are the staff. They go above and beyond to provide an excellent service to the residents and their families. Residents are treated with dignity which is essential with dementia care. The staff have not changed very much in the last 18 months which says a lot. The facilities are always clean and tidy and meet the needs very well. There are 2 lounges one quiet and one for more active residents. The activities coordinator has provided a full programme throughout this time. Every celebration in the annual calendar is attended to and more. There are trips out and 2 small gardens for use for better weather days. Hot dinners every day and the most amazing birthday cakes!
Thank you for your feedback. We will ensure this is fed back to staff.
This care home and its staff have done absolute wonders for my grandmother, she first came to you on respite a long while ago and it was the first time in a long time she was smiling full of beans and had gained weight. Since returning to her own home and her decline in dementia there was no question on where she wanted to live permanently. Working as a registered manager myself across the miles I can honestly say the staff at Town Moor House are always going above and beyond, I would recommend them to anyone.
Thank you for your review and comment, this will be passed over and shared with staff.
My mother-in-law has been in Town Moor House since January 2024 and has previously been in for respite. We have never had any problems with the quality of care that she has needed or the help and support that she receives from all of the staff there and we haven't found a care home like this with the quality of care or the genuine love and help and support she receives from every member of staff in there. They love having her in their care and she's never been happier in any of the respite we have tried over the last four years until we tried this one. Every resident in there is looked after as though they are the staff's family members which helps a lot at this stage of their life and they recognise that every resident's needs are different and spend that time with them to help and support them and make their day's better in whatever way they can and we find this helps a lot especially with dementia patients and those that need the extra nursing support too.
Thank your for your positive words and kind feedback, we will pass this over to staff.
My mum has been in Town Moor House since February. I cannot praise the staff enough. They are so caring and treat my mum with wonderful care and respect. She has her hair done every week and the staff provide a variety of activities every day. Mum is a very sociable person and there is always something to do, whether craft activities, dominos, bingo or having guest entertainment. The meals are exceptional with plenty of choice. Snacks and refreshments are available at any time. Her room is lovely with plenty of space for her clothes and bits from home. The atmosphere in the home is warm and welcoming. Mum is a high fall risk and cognitively impaired so my priority was her safety, here I feel confident that these risks are managed effectively, with pressure mats, call system and smart lamp. Staff are always in the communal areas. I would highly recommend this home for anyone considering 24 hour care, whether permanent or for respite.
Thank you so much for your positive comments regarding our home and team. We very much appreciate your feedback.
Although my nana has only lived at Town Moor House for a few months, I can honestly say they have helped her incredibly. She says she likes it there and has no complaints. She enjoys lots of activities throughout the week and it's lovely to see these on the social page! From my experience, the staff from management to domestic and all in between, are friendly, approachable and welcoming. The home has some lovely decorations within and feels like a home away from home. I would 100% recommend this home to anyone looking for a care establishment to look after their loved one.
We would like to thank you for your feedback and positive comments about your nanas care at Town Moor House, and the home's lovely feel. We will feed back to our staff team your kind comments. The staff at Town Moor House go above and beyond to help all their residents and their families, when busy they always have time for a chat. The staff are all lovely and the care home is run amazingly by the home manager and the deputy manager.
Thank you so much for your lovely comments about our team at Town Moor House. We really appreciate the time you have taken to write this and will feed it back to the team.
I have been impressed with this care home since the first day Mum came to stay. She has been treated with kindness and respect ever since and I am so glad that she is staying here as it gives me peace of mind that she is well looked after. The food is great as is the frequent organised activities, but my greatest praise has to go to the staff who genuinely care about the residents. Wholeheartedly recommend.
Thank you for taking the time to leave this kind feedback. We know it can be a difficult process and a worrying time when a loved one moves into care, but our team is dedicated to reassuring and supporting our residents and their families. We are so pleased that it has had such a positive impact on both you and your mum.

Thank you so much for your positive comments regarding our home and team. We very much appreciate your feedback.
Her condition deteriorated rapidly but the care provided at every stage was above and beyond what we could have expected. As Mum reached the end of her life the quality of care, which was already outstanding, reached new heights.
Town Moor House was an amazing blessing to our family in the last 6 months we had with my mum. I can't imagine how awful it might have been had we not been blessed to have Mum at Town Moor House.
I cannot recommend Town Moor House highly enough. Thank you all for all your care.

Plenty of activities for those who wish to partake.
Meals are good and staff are always willing to prepare anything to temp residents to eat. Nice rooms which have plenty of space for personalised belongings.

Claire started her career in Social Care working as a Domiciliary Community Care Assistant. In 2008 Claire moved into a 24-hour residential care home working as a Care Assistant and then was promoted to Senior Care Assistant.
Claire started at Trust Care in September 2016 employed as a Senior Care Assistant and Clinical Lead at Woodlea Residential Home. After intensive training and personal development Claire progressed to Deputy Manager and then Home Manager of Town Moor House.
Claire said "I feel valued and appreciated. Excellent support at Trust Care, thank you for believing in me and getting me to believe in myself."

Jill first started her career at the age of 18 as a Care Assistant, after completing her Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications in Health & Social Care. Jill was quickly promoted to Team Leader and started her Senior Care Assistant practical training. Jill is now the proud Deputy of Town Moor House.
Jill said, "Trust Care is a warm and friendly company. The Directors, Steve & Andrew, know their staff by name, and any problem we have at the home is quickly dealt with, and they are extremely supportive. Been at Town Moor House, I feel I am coming home each day, learning something new and doing the best for our residents"

"I only joined the care sector for the first time in February 2022. Prior to this, I worked in the legal sector as a legal secretary for nearly 16 years.
I decided to join Trust Care as I felt that the time had come for a change in career, also the job role was more suited to my family life. I can drop my children at school and pick them up which I couldn’t do with any other job advertised."
"Within Trust Care, you are treated and valued as an individual person, not just a number. Management and members of staff are extremely supportive of each other. Training is always provided which is beneficial for your job role. Nothing is ever too much trouble. We have a fantastic Home Manager who is supportive and approachable. The Home has a very “homely feel” and doesn’t feel like you are actually coming to work. Such an amazing company to work for, which makes the morale much more positive."
