Claire started her career in Social Care working as a Domiciliary Community Care Assistant. In 2008 Claire moved into a 24-hour residential care home working as a Care Assistant and then was promoted to Senior Care Assistant.
Claire started at Trust Care in September 2016 employed as a Senior Care Assistant and Clinical Lead at Woodlea Residential Home. After intensive training and personal development Claire progressed to Deputy Manager and then Home Manager of Town Moor House.

Jill first started her career at the age of 18 as a Care Assistant, after completing her Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications in Health & Social Care Jill was quickly promoted to Team Leader and started her Senior Care Assistant practical training. Jill is now the proud Deputy of Town Moor House.
Jill said "Trust Care is a warm and friendly company, The Directors Steve & Andrew know their staff by name any problem we have at the home is quickly dealt with and they are extremely supportive. "I only joined the care sector for the first time in February 2022. Prior to this, I worked in the legal sector as a legal secretary for nearly 16 years.
I decided to join Trust Care as I felt that the time had come for a change in career, also the job role was more suited to my family life. I can drop my children at school and pick them up which I couldn’t do with any other job advertised."
"Within Trust Care, you are treated and valued as an individual person, not just a number. Management and members of staff are extremely supportive of each other. Training is always provided which is beneficial for your job role. Nothing is ever too much trouble. We have a fantastic Home Manager who is supportive and approachable. The Home has a very “homely feel” and doesn’t feel like you are actually coming to work. Such an amazing company to work for, which makes the morale much more positive."
