Mum moved into Town Moor House in May this year. Right from the first day she was there, everyone seemed really caring towards her. Mum is very happy, which is important and it is reassuring to know that the care she is getting day to day is first class.

The care Mum is given is first class. The staff are dedicated and caring and nothing is too much trouble for them. A lovely, friendly care home, would recommend it without hesitation. Thank you for taking such good care of my mother.

My father became a resident at Town Moor House in February 2019. The home is pleasant and the staff professional and caring. The home specialises in the care of dementia suffers and the staff are excellent as they deal with each patient as an individual, which is what mental illness require. I can highly recommend this establishment and would use it again should I need to.

My father has been in this home for several months now and the staff seem very helpful and respectful of his needs. They encourage him to take responsibility of his daily needs but step in when he is failing to do so.
The kitchen staff make special efforts to provide him with food he likes (his current favourite being banana sandwiches).

He is able to go to town during the day if he wishes, has a large TV in his room for when he doesn't wish to interact with the other residents and generally is happy.

I had to put my parents into care November 2016 and I must have visited every care home in the area. Town Moor House gave me a warm caring feel and from the onset, it was a great relief that they were looked after. Sadly, only mum remains and to this day I still find the home, staff and care excellent.

My mother who is registered blind is treated with upmost patience, her room always warm and clean, and the staff are very caring and attentive, the meals seem very nice and when I go to visit her we are always welcomed with a smile and the offer of a drink if we want one. This is the second home my mother has been in, and a big improvement on the one we moved her from.

Jill said, "Trust Care is a warm and friendly company. The Directors, Steve & Andrew, know their staff by name, and any problem we have at the home is quickly dealt with, and they are extremely supportive. Charlene James
Charlene JamesJob Title:AdministratorJoined: 2022

"I only joined the care sector for the first time in February 2022. Prior to this, I worked in the legal sector as a legal secretary for nearly 16 years.

I decided to join Trust Care as I felt that the time had come for a change in career, also the job role was more suited to my family life. I can drop my children at school and pick them up which I couldn’t do with any other job advertised."

"Within Trust Care, you are treated and valued as an individual person, not just a number. Management and members of staff are extremely supportive of each other. Training is always provided which is beneficial for your job role. Nothing is ever too much trouble. We have a fantastic Home Manager who is supportive and approachable. The Home has a very “homely feel” and doesn’t feel like you are actually coming to work. Such an amazing company to work for, which makes the morale much more positive."
