Overall Experience
I cannot speak highly enough about the care and support offered by all the staff teams at Grange Crescent. I have gone from a place of feeling daily concerns and dread to one of peace. My mum has been a resident for 4 years and is in a place where she is content, happy and, most of all, safe!
Mum suffers with dementia which has definitely stabilised in the time she has been at Grange Crescent.
The care staff are acutely tuned into the needs of the residents and highly adaptable in their approaches with the best interest of their clients at the heart of all they do.
Catering staff go above and beyond to ensure my mum has a varied and nutritious diet as she is affected by dysphagia limiting what she can and cannot eat safely. Mum loves her food! Relatives can also enjoy Sunday Lunch with their loved ones which is a really special offer which I am so lucky to benefit from.
If I ever I had to choose a care home again it would ,without doubt, be Grange Crescent!

Thank You All !

Great home, really friendly and all the staff are so helpful. Mum loves it there, which makes taking that step so much easier. The visiting hours are really generous so we can pop in when we like as much as we like. Fantastic place, Thank you to all concerned.

Overall Experience

My brother has been a resident for almost five years, and both he and the family are very pleased with the care he has received. He is supported and well cared for; the management and staff are approachable, and any issues have been dealt with quickly and satisfactorily. We all feel very fortunate to have discovered Grange Court, and I would recommend it to anyone.

Overall Experience

My mum celebrated her 103rd birthday last week, and the staff and management could not have done more to make her day more memorable. I was obviously able to go and other friends and relatives were there but for those who do not have any visitors, it is so good to know that the staff are prepared to go that extra mile to make things better for residents at special times.

Reply from Amelia Charlesworth-Dakin, PA to CEO at Grange Crescent

Thank you so much for your lovely comments, Barbara. It is so important to us that all of our residents get to celebrate special days such as birthdays and milestones, so to get this feedback really means a lot to us. I've also passed your comments onto the team at Grange Crescent. Thanks again.

Overall Experience
Grange Crescent staff gave our dad excellent care for the short time he was with them. He died within five days of returning from the hospital. All staff cared for him with care and compassion and extended that to us as family members too. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They took full responsibility for his care and delivered it to a high standard with a holistic approach but also allowed us to assist in that care too. They liaised with other healthcare professionals, including the community nursing team, Hospice Care Home team and Intensive Home Nursing team, so that he had the best care at the end of his life.
All the team showed dedication and commitment to making this part of Dad’s life as good as it could be. We highly recommend them for the end of life care they provided for Dad.

Thank you.
