Overall Experience

My Father comes to Castle Grange for respite and I cannot praise the staff enough on how they look after my father. He has dementia but remembers how much he enjoys going.

The hygiene is brilliant with clean bedrooms and a lounge with plenty of seating. The staff interact with the guests and make my father feel welcome as soon as he steps through the door to departing with a smile.

Overall Experience
A care home is only as good as its staff and that makes it an excellent care home because all the staff at Castle Grange are exceptional.

My Mum spent her last three years in their care and could not have had better treatment. It is a hard decision to make to place your loved one in a dementia unit, but I never regretted my decision because she had loving care for twenty-four hours a day. I only hope that the new owners realise the calibre of the staff and let the manager continue to run the unit as it is now.
