I went to see my Aunty, her bedroom was very clean. She seemed happy and settled, the staff offered refreshment quickly. The home was clean, no odours. Staff were kind. I was offered the place to go for privacy. her bedroom was nice and it was nice to see all of her personal items around her. staff were around if we needed anything. I would highly recommend the home. My nan spoke of the boss as she called her and said if she has any problems she will sort them for her. I was offered drinks which we had on a tray with biscuits. I am glad my nan is looked after well and she is as she was so happy

My mum was placed in the care home, due to unable to care for herself. I have found the staff are always, friendly, helpful and caring. They try to keep me up to date + informed on anything I need to know. She is safe, fed and bathed + taken out. I don't have any problems or concerns about anything...

Truly cannot fault this home for all that they do.

A few days later I went to go visit my mam and to see how things were going, there was a slight issue which the manager was very happy to help with. Staff look very happy and friendly and seem to be very professional, my mam seems to be very happy and comfortable within this care home. I'm very happy with the way this place is run and the way the manager gets involved with the care of residents. The place is clean, and tidy and has an amazing atmosphere. I'd 100% recommend this care home.

I visited my grandma who looked really nice and clean. She was happy playing games with other residents and pointed out members of staff saying they were really nice and she was asking them to come chat with us which was so lovely to see and showed me how well cared for she is. I took her some new clothes up to her bedroom which was so lovely and clean. I couldn't recommend a better home. The manager is a lovely person who always makes time for me and my family to give us updates and just have a general chat. She always shows interest in our lives other than just my grandma which is so comforting as it shows my grandma is well taken care off
Had the greatest pleasure of meeting an excellent manager who understood the residents' needs. The home was fresh and clean many updates were seen, staff on duty made us feel very welcome, refreshments were offered, fantastic visit.

This is a genuine review. Please do not put your family members in Belgrave Court Bridlington if they have any signs of dementia. They state they are dementia specialists, they are not. When my mum was showing signs of distress and agitation they went straight to the mental health team rather than do a test for infection, which it then turned out she had. She had 2 falls in the space of a week when they knew she was a falls risk. She had a six-week hospital stay and was quite poorly on returning to Belgrave, the manager told me she didn't think mum had long left to live, which as you can imagine was upsetting to hear especially as she has now improved immensely. When mum was agitated and distressed they sat her by herself in the conservatory so she could not see anything or anyone, not good for someone with dementia. I would not recommend this home.
Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. The training and development of our staff is something we take great pride in. As such every member of our care staff is trained well above the mandatory requirements. After the return from hospital, we are pleased your mother 'improved immensely'...
Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. The training and development of our staff is something we take great pride in. As such every member of our care staff is trained well above the mandatory requirements. After the return from hospital, we are pleased your mother 'improved immensely' whilst at Belgrave Court. This speaks volumes of the standard of compassionate care we always aim to deliver. Although we are a Dementia specialist home, in extremely rare circumstances we have to consider the wellbeing of the resident concerned, and our resident group as a whole, and unfortunately serve notice. All health professionals involved in this particular case have been supportive of our decision and the care we have provided. We wish your mother a happy transition into her new home.

It is plain to see that the new regime has turned the place around from when my mum initially went in. The staff seem to have a great relationship with the residents and all seem very happy and full of friendly banter.
