I have volunteered and would do again as this place loves to take the service users out and keep them busy. We went to the cinema which was so fun to see them singing and having fun.
The place is very clean and tidy the staff are lovely. I have also brought puppies in for the service users to spend
time with only thing is they wanted to keep them.

I have found this home is very nice and comfortable, I have found a nice room with my own things to a view of the sea. I like to be on my own inside and listen to my stories on the radio.
It's not like home but close. I am comfortable that's all I want at my age of 97 nearly 98. That's all I have to

You guys are awesome thank you. My dad has had the best care. I can’t thank you enough. My dad has been so well looked after and that is all I could wish for. Thank you again. You were thoughtful and caring to Dad but also respectful and caring to his family. I couldn’t have asked for more. I’m so thankful

Belgrave Court is very friendly, the staff are most attentive and helpful. My friend is settled and treated like a celebrity, which is very comforting. Her room has a sea view and has been recently decorated.

I visited an old family member of mine at this home, what a lovely place, the staff are friendly and helpful, the manager goes above and beyond, and it was extremely clean and tidy.
My family member loves it here, there was so many activities for them, I would recommend it to anybody.

I consider the staff to be the most important point of care for my father. At Belgrave Court they are friendly, caring and approachable treating him with respect and taking the time to share a joke! I feel the staff get to know the residents and treat them as individuals. The home has less than 30 residents
and I think this helps give it a family, homely feel about it where they all know each other.
Recently Belgrave Court has been redecorated and refurnished so the rooms feel bright fresh and modern.
I feel my suggestions or requests are listened to and I am given an update if there are any changes in dad's health.
Belgrave Court gives him a much better quality of life than he had for a while previosly and he is content, safe and still an individual.

My mother was apprehensive when she first arrived at Belgrave Court. She soon became more confident and began to think of it as home. She found friendships and was well looked after. Although she wasn't the type to join in the many entertainments she enjoyed watching others. She was well cared for and
I was kept informed by the staff of any changes however small in her health. My mother saw the staff as friends as they became part of her everyday life.

Mum, dad were both admitted together after their care package had broken down at home. After stays in other nursing homes we as a family were worried regarding their care provided. My dad passed away after a weeks stay. The comfort, care mum has been given by the staff since losing dad is professional

I visit my ex-mother-in-law at least twice a week at varying times. She is always clean, well fed, and has been persuaded by the activities person to partake in the activities and is much happier now she feels part of the residents.

Belgrave Court has been extremely helpful in my plight to settle my mum into a caring place from her home in West Yorkshire where she had lived for 89 years. I am so grateful to everyone who has helped me make it all possible without your kindness it would have been difficult and extremely stressful
because I needed my mum near me so I could be in more control of her wellbeing, Belgrave court has made this possible so thank you all very much.

Very good and very pleasant. The staff will do anything for you and always ask if you would like a coffee/tea. In the summer, I always had an ice cream when I visited my mother. The staff go out of their way for you and the home is very clean and doesn't smell like some places.

The staff are excellent with mum. She enjoys the staff and the company she mixes with. She also likes the food, she can be a fussy eater but enjoys the food here. My mother-in-law has been here for 6 and a half years and is still enjoy it, also very happy.

Having reached the time of life of widowhood and not being able to take care of life living alone, I don't have any family close enough or family living near having my previous life down in Essex and no means to visit, my fellow residents all help to make my stay here happy and staff are included in

This is a comfortable, caring home for the elderly. It has a likeable relationship between the residents and staff. They provide a variety of entertainment which the residents enjoy and which encourages mental and oral stimulation. It is not a five-star palace but has it's own rating and charm.
