The White House Residential Home

My late mother was a resident at the White House. I always found the staff very friendly and accommodating. The care they provided to my Mum was excellent. They should be commended for all the hard work they undertake. Providing care and support to all the residents and family members alike. When my mother was at the end of her life, the staff not only took care of her, but gave me the support I needed at such a difficult time. The manager runs the home to a high standard and is very approachable, friendly, supportive and very helpful. The home always smelled clean and my mum's room was spotless, as was the rest of the care home. The staff worked hard and I observed, very well as a team and supportive of one another but the most important thing I noticed, was the care and attention they gave to the residents and always treated them with respect and dignity. My mum loved the home-cooked food and especially enjoyed the fish and chips. The staff deserve recognition for all they do.
