Geraldine began her career in Health and Social Care in her twenty’s, gaining experience across a variety of roles before achieving her goal of becoming a Home Manager in 2022. Over the years, she has developed extensive knowledge of care home management and holds NVQ Levels 2 and 3, as well as the Level 5 Manager’s Award in Health and Social Care.
With experience leading residential, dementia, and specialist care services, she is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care. She is committed to maintaining the organisation’s reputation as an inclusive care provider where kindness, dignity, and respect are at the heart of everything delivered.
Her focus extends beyond enhancing the quality of care for residents; she is equally dedicated to fostering a positive and supportive environment for staff, families, and visitors. She believes strongly in purposeful mentoring and understands that strong relationships create resilient teams, which in turn achieve exceptional outcomes.
