As his daughter, I go twice a week to see my dad at Rockcliffe, and we as a family find all staff very friendly and very caring towards us.
They have outings out in warm weather, the residents can stay in their rooms or use the lounge and as long as they are safe are free to do as they please there is no pressure on them. My dad has to take certain medications different times of the day and he gets them exactly at the times set by Doctor.
To know my dad is happy and very safe I can't thank enough or say how highly I would recommend Rockcliffe Court to anyone and if you need a place for a loved one this is the place.
I cannot say enough about the kind and compassionate attention my parents received at Rockliffe. The staff have been caring and responsive, the food has been tasty and wholesome and everyone is willing to go the extra mile to make sure that the residents feel comfortable and safe. I feel reassured that my mother is well cared for and that there is a real family atmosphere in the home.
From the first day my dad entered the home, we felt at ease, the staff were caring compassionate and very professional, nothing was too much trouble, meals were always fresh and plenty of it on the plate. Dad's room was always clean and so was he, his clothes were laundered on site, staff took him out in the warmer weather and activities were planned in the home and family members were invited, we always felt welcome. My dad was challenging sometimes and the professionalism always shone through. The room sizes were quite large and believe me, we did look at other places. There was never the usual urine smell you get in some other places. We were always happy with the care dad received. The staff even visited when dad was in the hospital, it was obvious from the conversations we had that the staff listened to dad and his stories, giving him time. We couldn't fault the place the staff and the building, it was all clean and tidy, I really don't know how they achieved so much. Thank-you.
Rockcliffe is a fantastic care home. The management and staff are 100% committed to the job, providing a loving and supportive home for people who need it. Nothing is ever too much for any of the staff and they all go above and beyond for each and everyone of the residents and their families.
It is a massive reassurance and relief to us a family the care my grandad receives, knowing all his needs are met to a high standard and we can rest easy knowing he is happy and settled in his home.
The staff are very friendly and helpful also a very careing enviroment. Nice gardens and easy access. Good value.
Rockcliffe Court is an excellent Residential Home! The management, the care staff, the catering staff and everyone else involved in running Rockcliffe.
Nothing whatsoever is too much to ask! They go out of their way to help and always have!
Rockcliffe is a family run business and the personal touch is there to be seen, whatever time of the day.
The food is freshly cooked on the premises. They have 2 Chefs in the kitchen.
I would Highly recommend Rockcliffe Court to anyone.
It's lovely to know we can go home on a night knowing my dad is getting excellent care.
The food is all home cooked and delicious. The rooms all on suite.
Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
