Overall Experience
I think the staff are absolutely awesome. They are so caring, for residents & for their families.
But it concerns me staff are not given proper sick pay - partly for them, and fundamentally, for residents. The care home recently experienced an outbreak of Norovirus - and staff must feel uncomfortable - but compelled to return.
Could someone please explain - when residents are paying literally thousands of pounds a month to be there - why staff can't have sick pay to protect their income and the people they care for?
What a disgrace. They care and care and care, and now it's time to care for them - and make it possible for vulnerable people to stay as well as poss. I will update this review and give you five stars if you treat staff with the dignity they deserve.

As a family, have been meaning to do this for ages. I have been prompted, because my mum has has the virus & I can't see her before I go away - I always visit before i go in case she dies. Also, give them a pay-rise, please!
