From what I've experienced at Cranwell Court; is how fabulous caring accommodating and lovely all staff are , you can tell how much all staff care for the residents in there and how nice they are to family members and talk about memories , every single staff member knows exactly their care users and how to make them happy and the approaches they use are fabulous, everything is all up to an exceptional standard , The way staff speak to residents and family members is so kind and thoughtful, often talking about shared memories and taking real time to connect. It means so much to families to feel included and listened to, and Cranwell Court does this beautifully. What really stands out is how every member of staff , chefs and cooks included knows their care users so well ; their personalities, preferences, and what makes them happy. The approaches they use are fabulous and clearly tailored to each individual, creating a warm, safe, and happy environment for all. Thank you

So pleasantly surprised at the lounge of Cranwell, my sister's room is lovely it is cleaned to a high standard, the food served looks excellent, but the thing that pleased me the most is the wonderful caring nature of all staff. The food is really good with plenty of choices and variety. Mum is treated with kindness, care and respect. The standard of cleanliness is very good. Lovely home with great staff.
From the moment Cranwell Court agreed to take my husband as an emergency admission, everyone has gone out of their way to treat him with respect, whilst looking after him and helping him settle in. All the carers without exception are prepared to go the extra mile to make him comfortable. His apartment with its own front door, bed, sitting area, wet room, and kitchenette is very comfortable. It is nice for the family to have somewhere to relax and make a hot drink when we visit him. I would recommend Cranwell Court without hesitation.

Dad was treated with great care and respect. Nothing was too much trouble. It brought him alive. The stimulation of other people around him did him good. At home, he would just sit and stare out the window or TV. It gave Mum a well-deserved rest from him shouting for her day and night. Thank you.

I cannot praise highly enough the care given to my mum following a fall. The kindness and support shown by all staff has helped make a very difficult two months easier to manage. Family and friends have been welcomed into the home when visiting Mum and my dad, who spends most of the day by my mum's side, has been supported and befriended by everyone. Mum's needs have been met with kindness, compassion and respect and the professionalism of all staff is helping Mum regain her independence. Thank you.

I must give praise to all the staff at Cranwell Court, my wife has been there after an accident and the care she receives and the support given exceeded all expectations, the staff made a difficult time a lot easier for all. Cranwell Court is absolutely excellent and perfect for me. My room is very comfortable and large enough for my needs. The food and non-alcoholic drinks are very high quality. The caring staff are very friendly, very efficient and very supportive. Many thanks to everyone at Cranwell Court.

We would like to thank all of the staff at Cranwell Court for all the excellent care and support they have given our father over the few years he has been a resident. The staff have been so helpful and friendly and every care and consideration has been given to our father and ourselves. We cannot speak highly enough of all the staff who have been absolutely amazing and this has given us peace of mind, knowing Dad was well cared for but even more than that he was treated like family. We would definitely recommend Cranwell Court to anyone as in our opinion, we don't believe you would find a better care home. Thank you fore everything.
My father has been given dignity, care and love during his stay at Cranwell Court. All the staff have shown a level of care and consideration to my father more like he is part of their family not just a dementia resident. I have had experience with other dementia care homes and I must express how pleased I am to have my father at Cranwell Court, where the staff show exceptional care and devotion to him. He is treated with respect and cared for. Which not only helps settle his dementia. But also allows me to feel confident he could not be cared for any better if I was doing it myself. My father is now on palliative care and during these difficult times I could not ask for more. The compassion and help given to both my father, myself and family is exceptional. A residential home is made out of bricks and mortar. It doesn't become a true care home until the right staff are in place with the right attitude. I would recommend Cranwell Court Care Home to anyone. It helped me and my dad.
Thank you sincerely for your very kind review. We are deeply touched by your kind words about Cranwell Court, we consider it an honour to be able to look after you father. We take pride in fostering an environment where residents feel like part of a family, and your recognition of our care and support means the world to us.
Very satisfied with Cranwell Court, my husband is well cared for, he has dementia. All staff are brilliant and cannot fault anything.

My nan has been in this care home for some months now. After a very challenging time in a hospital, she has settled down loads and appears really happy in this home. Although I don't get a chance to visit often I know she is cared for really well.
