The staff at Hawthorns are kind and caring. They have been amazing supporting my mam in her first few weeks at the home. I know that Mam is now safe and well cared for. All the staff treat Mam with respect and nothing to much trouble for them.

Every member of staff are friendly approachable helpful and professional nothing is too much trouble for them. I go home after visiting feeling confident that my mother is cared for very well. The place has such a lovely homely feel.

My mother settled here so well, thanks to the incredible staff. They go above and beyond for all residents and their families, too. Hawthorns is always welcoming and so very clean. My mother really enjoys the food, for which there is always a good choice on menu.

Kerry is committed to promoting independence, dignity and respect for residents and being a great support network for all staff.
