Staff very caring try hard to accomadate all requests. Facilities not ideal no en-suite-toilet wrong corridor etc. Visiting places lacking badly garden covered in weeds! However what it lacks in amenities it makes up for with good staff at all levels
Reply from Joanne Robson, Home Manager at Bishopsgate Lodge Care HomeThank you for taking the time to provide feedback . We have begun work on addressing the garden as we did not have Gardner in place for some time and are currently undergoing building & refurbishment which will update & improve some of our facilities .

As a "daily" visitor to see resident, I find staff at all times very pleasant and helpful, all relevant information general or medical is passed on speedily and I am made to feel very welcome at all times. It would be remiss of me to say that every visit was a good one but any problems are dealt with
speedily and efficiently. Admitted initially as a temporary resident the lady has been intigrated into the system as a permanent resident
Do not have any problems with residence
Reply from Joanne Robson, Home MAnager at Bishopsgate Lodge Care HomeThank you for your kind and thoughtful feedback. We are very pleased to hear that, as a daily visitor, you have consistently found our staff to be pleasant, helpful, and welcoming, and that communication regarding both general and medical matters has been prompt and effective. We also appreciate your understanding that, while not every visit may be perfect, any issues that do arise are dealt with quickly and efficiently. It is especially reassuring to know that you feel the resident has settled well and has been successfully integrated as a permanent member of our home. Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience. Your feedback is greatly valued and appreciated by the whole team.

My mam has been in Bishopsgate lodge since requiring short term care in January of this year for rehab purposes but has since had to stay due to poor mobility and mental health regression.
I personally have worked in the care sector for over 33 years so I know a good home with good standards from a
bad one and I can say without a shadow of a doubt she is getting the best standards of f care I could possibly wish for the staff on the floor are fantastic and very friendly and caring and sensitive to my mam's needs and the nursing staff are some of the best I have ever encountered in all my years in this field especially Lisa the chief nurse who goes above and beyond for the residents with a caring and down to earth manner everyone treats the families of the residents with the up most respect.
The rooms are clean and well maintained and the food is of a high quality standard as is the range of activities provided for everyone. in a day where care standards are slipping this is shining.
Reply from Joanne Robson, Home Manager at Bishopsgate Lodge Care HomeThank you for your lovely review. Your mum is a pleasure to look after

Our step mum was only in Moorlands for 3 nights. She was on 'end of life' support and sadly passed away there. The staff we met in that short time were exceptional. They really cared. They supported our step mum in every way possible and offered such genuinely kind support to us. They were discrete
while instinctively provided exactly the right level of emotional support to us, which we will never forget care homes come in all shapes and sizes, all bells and whistles residence great if needed. But the staff are what matter most. Moorlands staff are first lovely straight forward 100% care. Our sincere thanks.

The care home have been excellent. Nothing has been too much trouble. The manager and staff are the friendliest and nicest people you could wish to meet, and treat my mother with dignity and respect. Mum moved from a home in South Wales to be closer to us. Would highly recommend. She is the best she
has been in ages, clean, comfortable and happy and never bored. This care home is a credit to its community and provides exceptional service.

Our Dad is a resident at Stapleton house after becoming unable to manage at home.
We were concerned about this huge change given Dads age and recent diagnosis fearing he may not settle.
Thanks to the amazing, hard working staff his transition was made with ease.
Gaynor the manager is professional
but more importantly she cares about the residents which is very reassuring where your loved ones are concerned.
Donna and Gloria the nurses are always available for a friendly chat or to ease any health concerns we may have.
Overall the staff are truly very caring and efficient in looking after Dad. We are so grateful to them for the care they provide and the peace of mind they give us.

Both my parents are in Beechcroft and they are both settled there we had teething problems at first as and it was very hard for us all as Mum never wanted to go into a home but her needs meant no choice, it was difficult for her till dad moved in, they are on separate parts due to their needs but get
to see eachother most days
The home is being refurbished and is looking great
The atmosphere is welcoming, the staff are amazing with both my parents and us when we go to visit
Sam is over entertainment and she does lots of activities which is good and mum is really enjoying taking part in
Florin the manager is very hands on, friendly always approachable, he has made a difference since he came to the home
Family meetings regularly and family bbq in the summer
I am more than happy with the level of care received by my parents
Reply from Florin Hergheligiu, Home Manager at Beechcroft Care HomeGood afternoon ,Gill, Thank you so much for this heartfelt review. We know how incredibly tough that initial transition was, especially with your mum's wishes, and those early teething problems are a very real, emotional hurdle for any family. We're so glad that having both your parents here now-and ensuring they spend quality time together most days-has helped them settle so well. The team will be absolutely thrilled by your words. I'll make sure to pass your praise on to everyone, especially Sam. She puts her heart into the activities, and knowing your mum is genuinely enjoying them is the best feedback she could ask for. Being hands-on and approachable is so important to me, and our family meetings and summer BBQs are all about keeping you connected to their world. Knowing you're happy with their care means everything to us. Thank you for trusting us with your lovely parents and for being such a wonderful part of our Beechcroft community.

cared for and nothing is too much trouble for the staff, they listen to what you have to say and act accordingly.I personally think it's the best home in the area.

The whole family are so happy to see our Mother getting the care she needs.
She is coming from the total independence of her own flat to full 24hr care. She had her concerns of giving up her independence, but after just 2 weeks at Beechcroft care home, she has blossomed, she is much happier, has more
engery, and enjoys the personal attention from the very attentive staff.
She already feels at home.
We are all very happy with this high level of care and attention.
Reply from Florin Hergheligiu, Home Manager at Beechcroft Care HomeThank you so much for such a lovely review. It truly warms our hearts to hear how well your mother is settling in. We understand that moving from the independence of a private flat into 24-hour care is a huge life change, and its natural to have concerns about that transition. Seeing her "blossom" and regain her energy in just two weeks is the best news we could ask for. It is a pleasure to have her with us, and Im so glad shes already feeling at home. I will be sure to share your kind words with the whole teamthey will be so encouraged to know their care and attention are making such a positive difference for your family.

My mother has been at Landona House for 8 months now and myself and family are very happy with the care she has been receiving. There are always staff about and they are constantly ensuring each resident is comfortable and happy.
The home always smells fresh and is kept clean and tidy, with many
'resident' made decorations hanging up.
The home has many activities each day, from quiz's, crafts, cake decorating, gardening to a singer who comes in once or twice a month. The carers take residents out for a walk and also have day trips.
My mother has severe dementia along with many others and she always seems relaxed and well cared for
I have worked in care homes in the past and was very dubious about my mother going into one but the moment we stepped through the door and was invited to look around (without an appointment) we knew Landona House would not let us down!
Reply from Radhika Sisodia, Owner at Landona House LtdThank you so much for your kind and thoughtful feedback. It truly means a great deal to us to hear that you and your family feel happy and reassured with the care your mother is receiving.
Our team work very hard to create a nice, safe and engaging environment for all our residents, and your comments are a wonderful reflection of their dedication.
We are so pleased that your mother feels relaxed and well cared for, and that you felt confident in choosing Landona House from the very first visit.

Abbotts Court Care Home is fantastic, all the staff are patient and kind. Will help with any situations.
The office team are fantastic as well, willing to help you with any questions.
The care home is always clean and tidy, the residents are all Clean and well looked after. This is why we chose
to send my Mum here, she was in for respite care, but, eventually needed to stay permanently.
Food is cooked from fresh, and a Birthday cake made on site for a residents birthday, all shown with love and care.
