Beechcroft Care Home

Just want to say a huge thank you to Florin and the whole team for a fabulous afternoon of fun at the Summer BBQ Fun Day. My Dad and the family had a brilliant time. Big thank you to Florin and the Chefs for amazing food as always. Also, thanks for all the activities, prizes and animal visits for the kids. It shows how you care for residents and family and friends of Beechcroft and we are eternally grateful for the care and hard work the whole team puts in, always with a smile. Thank you so much once again.

I am writing on behalf of my nan Janet, she spent roughly the last 3 years at Beechcroft and everyone there made her feel at home straight away. She formed strong bonds with other residents and staff members throughout her time. I can't thank the staff enough for giving her the care, time, compassion and friendship that she deserved. From our experience, all the staff worked really hard but I have to give a few personal mentions to Ade, Jenni, Anita, Zoe, Penny and Marie. Apologies if I have missed any staff members as I said they were all great. I felt like the ones above especially treated my nan like she was family. Whilst there are always bumps in any road. I would say that staff listened to any concerns and tried to make any changes when required. Again I would like to thank everyone at Beechcroft for looking caring for my nan, I know she was happy there. Something that I think we all want for our loved ones when they make the transition to a care home.

The staff are very caring towards my Mother and she seems very settled.

Pleasant care home lots of well motivated staff staff and managers provide upto date information on husbands care I am invited to reviews when these are arranged My husband is difficult and declined any social input despite this he is regularly offered this .His care has been provided in a professional manner and staff are always pleasant and welcoming manner. I would not have any reservations about recommending this care home to family and friends as I feel it is well managed and care provided is of a good standard despot objections from my husband who has been in there since February 2023

The staff are lovely and keep my mum in a nice clean environment and the whole team are excellent .

The staff are always willing to help and very approachable. They are one big community and it is lovely to see how well they care for the people who live there.

My mother came into Beechcroft just after New Year 2026. The staff are friendly,, professional and very caring. They all treat my mum with dignity and nothing is too much trouble for them, they try to engage mum in activities that are happening and make sure she is dressed and out of bed every day. Extremely happy her being at Beechcroft.

Very well run home, with excellent manager and staff,. Staff are very attentive to residents needs, and take care to understand each residents individual need. Well run, plenty activities and clean rooms.

My dad has been in the home since october 2025, unfortunately he is bed bound now but the staff have done a great job making him comfy & providing his care, staff are very friendly & hardworking, could maybe do with some more staff would be my only suggestion

My Nan is bed bound but the residents have constant entertainment and there is always something going on around the home. It really is lovely!!!!

My mum has been supported to well and with the care home. Being able to not have to worry has been a relief because the staff are brilliant at supporting my mum. My mum is happy and feels very special

My nan is being supported so well and all the staff are very person centred. She has new diagnosis and the staff have been very good and we as a family are very happy with the level of care she receives and how involved we can be and how welcoming the staff are to that. It's brilliant and we are very happy.

My sister in law is very happy and her husband likes to visit at different times. This is not a problem as he is made to feel welcome. The room is onsuite and kept very clean. She loves having her hair done and it's great that the hair salon is on site

They have regular update meetings advising of events, or what they have going on in the home & it is an opportunity to chat about any issues which may arise. There is also a suggestion box.

My mum had the misfortune to Break her Glasses whist in the Home. The Home have since ordered a replacement pair at No Cost to Mum. This is very good because in most Homes or Workplaces they would say 'Tough get your own and pay for it yourself.'

Well first of all I must say that ALL the staff & especially Lyndsey she goes above & beyond to help my mum settle in really quickly, I am so much appreciated that the work they do is hard as I was a carer for nearly 30 years so I know how difficult it can be at times, I just want to give Lyndsey all the credit an so much more than she deserves to keep us informed about any changes to do with my mum.....you all do a great & wonderful job looking after my mum & all the other residents, keep up the good work xx

On the whole very good. Wether their is enough staff it is hard to say. Sometimes it takes a while for carers to come and attend to needs I appreciate there are many other patients to care for, but especially with continence issues, it helps maintain patient dignity. Staff are very caring and patient.

This home is a credit to the staff.
