Staff are very friendly and approachable and are very good with residents and also their families, problems are usually sorted out quite quickly, the staff have fun with residents which I think is very good.
Absolutely amazing facility for my brother. Staff are fantastic, always happy and always finding ways to keep him occupied. Cannot fault in the slightest.
Thank you for your very nice comments my staff team work very hard and its nice to hear we are doing a good job
My daughter has recently moved into Sovereign Court. The building is modern and is always clean and tidy ; it is decorated and furnished nicely throughout and has a positive feel about it. The communal rooms have lots of windows and so feel light and airy. The home is small with only 12 residents and so it feels more personal and homely. The staff and Manager are all very friendly and make you feel welcome when you visit and they seem to genuinely care about the residents. I am allowed to bring my daughter's dogs in to visit her which we all really appreciate. The staff have gone out of their way to welcome my daughter into the home and to make the difficult transition there as smooth as possible. My daughter seems very happy in Sovereign Court and says she feels safe and supported there. Thank you.
My self and the team are very grateful for your nice comments your daughter is a delight to support

Thank you i am glad you feel so welcomed when coming to see your dad
My dad has been in this care home for roughly 4 or 5 years now and he is treated so well. Everyone one loves my dad and makes sure he is cared for, included. I could not ask for a better care home or better staff to care for my dad and making his final months special.
Thank you for you kind words it means a lot to myself and the team to know how you feel
Great home. Very individualised person centred care. They have supported me fully with both my physical and mental health and help me integrate into the community by taking me out to appointments and the shops etc. All the staff really care and put a lot of effort in with each resident. Staff joke on in a caring way and it's a lovely positive atmosphere in the home.

The staff and manager are so friendly and welcoming. My husband is so much happier there, he can be encouraged and guided into doing tasks and doing day-to-day activities. The care of the girls (carers) is amazing.
Thank you very much for your kind words it is a pleasure to spend time with and assist your husband.
Excellent staff who really get to know their residents and provide care and support on an individual level. Staff are always friendly and helpful when I go to the care home. The manager and other staff are all very good at communicating with me as needed. Lovely secure garden area at the back which my husband enjoys.
On visiting this care home every week, I feel welcomed and at home on visits. The staff are very friendly and caring towards us, as visitors.
Excellent home and staff are tip-top. Patents are very well looked after, very clean and residents are very happy. Tip Top care home.
Reasonable but there is certainly room for improvement.
He has seemed much happier in himself ever since he has been at Sovereign Court. He is very well cared for and the staff seem to sense exactly how much to help him and when to leave him to it. He feels secure. I am always made welcome and kept informed.
Overall Sovereign Court is a very well kept and well-run care home.
There is a friendly atmosphere in the care home. The staff are easy to talk to and are happy to solve any small problems if necessary. All the service users seem happy with the staff and I haven't seen any of them complaining.
