At Hepscott Care Centre our fees include 24-hour personalised care tailored to each resident’s needs, along with all laundry services and full support with daily personal care. The only additional costs are for personal toiletries and optional hairdressing services.

We encourage families to bring in personal items to help create a warm, familiar, and homely environment in each resident’s room.

Our residents benefit from regular health visits, including an NHS chiropodist every 3 months, Visioncall eye tests every 6 months, and a local dentist who visits as needed. Private residents only pay for glasses if required—there are no hidden charges or top-up fees.

We offer a range of room sizes, both upstairs and downstairs, and every new resident is given the opportunity to choose from the rooms available at the time of admission.

Sometimes I feel staff aren't always taking into account residents who have their mental capacity still and when they say they are going to do something, do it within a reasonable timescale.
Dad sometimes is told something is going to happen and it doesn't. Very frustrating for him. He hasn't got dementia so he remembers what has been said.

Otherwise very pleased with the care received.

My mother has put on weight in six months after moving into the care home and she is very happy now after living on her own. She now has plenty of company, gets well fed, and gets her medication on time not like when she was at home.

She loves her room and gets on well with the staff.

My grandma and dad are residents here. They both have settled in nicely. The home itself is lovely, very homely and the garden is beautiful. The staff here are very nice and helpful. The bedrooms are nice, both my dad's and grandma's room are large and spacious. My grandma recently turned 90 and the staff were great and organised a little party, we had a lovely day.
The cook made the birthday cake and buffet which was nice.

All in all this home is very good with nice compassionate staff.

On my visits to the care home to see my husband, the staff are always polite, happy and very busy looking after the residents. The home is always clean. I rest assured my husband is being looked after very well.

Very friendly attentive staff. Residents appear well looked after, always clean. Clothes clean and hair brushed and tidy. Staff always have the time to talk to the resident's very caring. My only gripe is that you have a lovely garden which could be used by residents but I've never seen it being used.
