Overall Experience

Our daughter was taken ill mid-June and all staff were so caring. Prompt in getting the GP out and kept us updated with events when were not at the home. They monitored our daughter and attended to her needs at all times. Also making us welcome and making us coffee, having a good rapore. Our daughter has lived here for many years and her confidence in the trust of staff is evident.

Overall Experience
Dyfan Court is a well-run home which offers very good care and security for my brother. He has many special needs and requires 24-hour supervision and care. His needs are met with understanding and compassion.

He feels happy and secure within this setting particularly as his eyesight has deteriorated along with other health issues. It is very re-assuring for me.

I am pleased with the home. It is always clean, warm and friendly. The 'bedsit' my daughter has is really very nice . It offers some independence, yet there is always staff at hand to help her.
