I cannot rate the service of Ty Waunarlydd highly enough. We began to use the home for my mum last year and although it took a while for us to get used to this break apart I can honestly say it has been the best decision we ever made. My mum is looked after so well and she always comes home happy...
I cannot rate the service of Ty Waunarlydd highly enough. We began to use the home for my mum last year and although it took a while for us to get used to this break apart I can honestly say it has been the best decision we ever made. My mum is looked after so well and she always comes home happy and not distressed. It is the only time I have a proper break which allows me to recharge with the comfort of knowing my mum is safe and content; this helps me cope with my caring role again. The staff are like a big warm hug and have always been consistently helpful and kind when I call up with general queries about my mum's stay. Being a full-time carer is so challenging and I feel so supported by the staff at this home more than they probably realise. Thank you for everything.

My Mum was well looked after here, the staff are caring and considerate and treated Mum with dignity and kindness. A very clean home that serves it's residents really good food. There are no negative issues that I can say about Ty Waunarlwydd.

Overall Experience
My father has settled in very well and this is due to the kindness and above and beyond attitude of the staff team. I have peace of mind as I know he is looked after well and that he lives in a homely environment with access to a garden.

I know my mum will be looked after here, and I can go to work knowing for a fact that Ty Waun is looking after mum, where I couldn't because of my life commitments.
