I can't recommend this care home enough. My gran came in a few months ago and has settled so well. The staff and manager made my gran and us feel very welcome from the start and nothing is to much trouble. It is been hard the last few weeks not being able to see her during lockdown but knowing she is safe and happy in Park View means everything to me. They have gone out of their way to make sure families are still seeing their loved ones via social media. Amazing care, and always different activities to suit everyone, it's always very clean there and I'm happy to take my children to visit who are always made to feel welcome and join in.

I would like to praise you all as a team for the care and support that you provide in normal circumstances. However, you are going over and above to provide a safe and happy place for residents during this extremely difficult time. You are really appreciated by myself and all my family members and let’s hope that we can all get through these difficult times. I for one entrust my loved one to your care and look forward to visiting as soon as I can. Thank you.

My mother has been at Park View Care Home for in excess of three years now and has been welcomed there from the moment she arrived. The home is warm and inviting and the rooms have all the comfort of home. My mother is very happy there and always says the staff are caring and helpful at all times no matter how busy they are they always have time for her. I can also confirm that for visitors too. As a visitor, I have come to know the staff very well and can only have a great love and respect for their work. They are amazing and I thank them every time I visit as they are invaluable to the residents. There is always a lovely atmosphere in the home and no holiday or special occasion gone unmissed. During the difficult time of the Coronavirus, the manager had the foresight to close the place to outsiders earlier than lockdown required and it has been a blessing that the home has been a safe haven for our relatives. Well done to the staff, Parkview is amazing.

We think Parkview is absolutely fantastic. The building is wonderful, nicely decorated in a homey traditional style, with fixtures and fittings all in very good order, a beautiful garden and very comfortable for the residents. The staff are excellent, showing a huge amount of care and affection to the residents with brilliant activities, special event days, smiles, laughter and support. They go above and beyond to reassure us as a family that our mam is safe, comfortable, happy and well. We couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

The staff at Park View are absolutely amazing. The care they give my mum is wonderful.
they are kind, considerate and easy to talk to about any situation and will do anything to
help make my mum settle. The patience they show her is fantastic. I know when I leave

that she is safe, clean and is never upset at being left.

My Mother has been a resident since August 2018. I am so happy she is at Parc View. The building is lovely and well kept, but the staff are even better. They are very welcoming, caring and knowledgeable. My Mother has adjusted to life at the home, which is amazing, particularly since she has always been a very independent individual. This is, I am sure, due to the attention she receives. I feel secure in the knowledge that my mother (95-years-old), who needs 24-hour care - she has dementia - is receiving the best of care. This is particularly reassuring for me, as I have a very sick husband; no children/grandchildren, to help, so am unable to look after my mother, myself. Thanks so much to all the staff.

August 3rd summer barbecue.
The management and staff put together a fantastic day of food and entertainment for residents and guests. From the time you arrived, you were greeted and given a drink and garlands to wear. Sadly, the barbecue was cancelled due to the weather but the spread laid on inside more than made up for this. A lovely young lady came and sand in the afternoon.

Well done to all the staff for a nice day.

We were invited to the home to see all the facilities before my mother was moved there. We met the manager who explained everything that they offer and the level of care they give to all residents. We were shown the rooms available and given a choice for our mum. Since mum has moved in, all the staff have been fantastic and we are most welcome when we visit her. We feel our mum is in a home that really cares for their residents.

Cannot praise them all enough.
