Ty Bradwen provides residential accommodation for vulnerable adults with challenging or complex needs, which successfully supports six people with mental health needs or dual diagnosis of a learning disability. The service provides 24-hour support from an experienced and skilled staff team with input from clinical specialists, located in the heart of the local community.
Ty Bradwen is committed to providing successful outcomes for adults who may challenge existing service provision and can provide the people they support with appropriate levels of care through various support packages, according to their stage of rehabilitation or level of independence.
The accommodation at Ty Bradwen is made up of flats and individual en-suite rooms. Through a transitional model of care the service is designed to provide an opportunity to individuals to step down into more independent living at a pace suitable to them.
Ty Bradwen is located in Skewen which is an ideal community setting for individuals to enjoy a dedicated support service, that has easy travel access to Swansea and football and rugby events at the Liberty Stadium, whilst being located near to local countryside and wildlife.
