My eighty-six-year-old mother was extremely unenthusiastic in relation to being taken into care. She protested to a great degree on her admittance, yet the staff was really understanding and went beyond to reassure her. Within a short period of time, she had settled and appeared to be very happy....
My eighty-six-year-old mother was extremely unenthusiastic in relation to being taken into care. She protested to a great degree on her admittance, yet the staff was really understanding and went beyond to reassure her. Within a short period of time, she had settled and appeared to be very happy. Although her stay was short due to respite, it's so evident to this day that she has so much appraisal towards all the staff members and the establishment in general. Excellent Service (A+)
