I visited my friend today who is staying at Plas Gwilym following a fall. She said how wonderfully caring the staff are. She is being cared for so well, and the food is very good!

My eighty-six-year-old mother was extremely unenthusiastic in relation to being taken into care. She protested to a great degree on her admittance, yet the staff was really understanding and went beyond to reassure her. Within a short period of time, she had settled and appeared to be very happy.
Although her stay was short due to respite, it's so evident to this day that she has so much appraisal towards all the staff members and the establishment in general. Excellent Service (A+)
