My grandfather has received exemplary care and genuine welcome through all the staff at Plas Garnedd. The home is always spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained, with everything kept in excellent order. Call bells are answered incredibly quickly, laundry is washed overnight and returned promptly to residents' rooms, and nothing is ever too much trouble.
Communication with me has been excellent. I am kept informed, my questions are always answered, and nothing is ever too much trouble. Knowing Mum is not only safe but genuinely loved and cared for gives me enormous peace of mind.
Visitors are made to feel so welcome. Mum's friends regularly come to play bridge and are always greeted with tea, cake and smiles, helping her maintain friendships and enjoy life.
The care, compassion and professionalism shown by every member of staff gives me complete peace of mind.

Mother in law has been at Plas Garnedd since January. The service they provide to residents is excellent and provide up to date relevant information to the family in a timely manner. The staff are helpful, caring and committed to ensuring the residents have the best care. We don't know how we would have coped without the understanding nature of the manager at the home, who is always open, honest supportive of us as a family.
Thank you so much for your kind review. We know how challenging navigating the care journey can be, so hearing that our team and the home manager provided the understanding, support, and honesty your family needed means a great deal to us.

On the 2nd November 2017, my Mum reached 100 years old. The staff at the home went beyond their normal duties to make her (and our) day very special. They supplied a wonderful buffet and a fabulous cake. The made us all (about 20 of us) very welcome. The girls made sure that Mum looked really nice and that she enjoyed her day. I live 300 miles away, so knowing my mum is cared for with respect and dignity is a huge weight off my mind. My sister lives close and she gives me regular updates. They are always very positive. The home is spotlessly clean. The staff are all kind. The food is very good. And the Care is excellent. I couldn’t be happier leaving my lovely mum in their very capable hands. Thank you all.
As the sole carer for a very dear friend, it was imperative she was 'placed' in a residential care home which would provide the very best level of care available.
For 9 months she received professional nursing skill, kindness, compassion and affection from the staff caring for her.
I cannot praise this organisation enough for their professional standards - at all levels.
I visit the home twice a week normally and have always found staff and management very friendly and supportive. The fact that my husband has settled well there speaks volumes about the care he received.
Thank you for your kind words. It means an awful lot to us and our staff.
