Duty of care was not carried out for my son and describing their care home as one which caters for autism and complex needs is inaccurate as my son did not get one to one support which was clearly on the table before he moved into Dunvegan, things have occurred that make my skin crawl and my son is...
Duty of care was not carried out for my son and describing their care home as one which caters for autism and complex needs is inaccurate as my son did not get one to one support which was clearly on the table before he moved into Dunvegan, things have occurred that make my skin crawl and my son is now in a position where we are desperate to find him a place that actually meets his needs and gives him the support, care and healthy lifestyle he needs and deserves. Management are not forthcoming and staff do not give information of what is going on on a daily basis. My vulnerable Autistic with learning disability and non verbal son is suffering terribly as are we, his family, after neglect and things I cannot speak about but of a very sensitive nature. Please be very careful about where you send your vulnerable relatives as it can literally be so bad that they lose the will to live and it will take a lot for my son to get back to the lovely, healthy, vibrant and skilled happy young man.
