Had an amazing afternoon tea with Mum yesterday. This has been such a fantastic idea from the chef and the quality of all the delicious homemade savouries and cakes was first class. We all thoroughly enjoyed the relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. I would highly recommend everyone to try it and we will definitely be booking again very soon. Thank you to the chef and all the staff for making it a very enjoyable experience.
Kind Regards
Katrina

thanks again for your time

The staff at Mossview have gone over and above to make sure he is safe, content, happy, cared for and content. They have also kept myself and my family up to date with any developments we need to know about. Mossview is clean, friendly and myself and my family are always made to feel welcome when we visit my dad.
My dad also speaks very highly of the staff at Mossview.
They are a really amazing bunch. They do such a good job under really challenging circumstances. Myself and my family owe them so much and I don't think we'll ever truly be able to pay them back for what they do caring for my dad, but hopefully this review goes a small way to show them what they mean to us and how much we regard, appreciate and respect them and the work they do caring for my dad.
Hi Neil,
Thank you so much for taking the time to complete the review. This means a lot to myself and the staff team to receive such positive feedback and to hear how happy you and your family are with the care that your dad is receiving and also more delighted to hear that your dad is happy and...
I could not praise this home enough. The care my mum gets is first class. Every member of staff is so good and professional. I have been in the caring profession myself for 30 years and I would have been so proud to work along the staff here. My mum loves it here, she loves the staff and loves the food. So I will finish with I know my mum is in a great, safe and caring home.
Thank you for your kind words, I am glad that your mum is enjoying being here with us and loves the food here.
My mother has been a resident at Mossview for around 4 years now and I can say that during this time she has been extremely happy and content. This has meant so much to me and my family and I never have to worry about her. The staff undergo continuous training and are all very kind, cheerful and hardworking. The housekeeping staff and maintenance keep the surroundings very clean and tidy and Mum’s clothes are laundered daily. The activities for the residents are excellent and planned for each resident's individual likes and abilities. Activities include painting, singing, gardening and too many more to mention. The care staff are great at chatting to the residents and always have a cheery word for them. The food choices are also very good and varied and again, suited to meet individual needs and choices. Communication is also excellent. I can call or email anytime and the staff also phone me with any updates on Mum's care or just to let me know what she has been up to.
What a wonderful review, thank you for your kind words. We are glad you and your mother has been having such a positive experience with our home.
My gran became a resident weeks before covid closed the home to visitors. I feel that the staff have done an excellent job communicating over the last year with regular updates and facilitating visits and look forward to getting back to some normality.
Thank you for your lovely review, we are enjoying seeing people in the home again.
My friend stays in the home and due to Covid, I have been unable to visit in person recently. My friend keeps me fully informed of everything. I am exceptionally happy with the contact the activities girl has provided me by making sure I have been kept in touch with my friend. She helps him dial my number and I am able to speak to him. I have also had video calls from him which has made me get techno-savvy as my own grandson has said. My friend is really enjoying the food there and regular snacks. I see it in his face that he has put on weight. He comments on how friendly everyone is and how he has made many new lady friends who are his new neighbours. He is so happy that it puts my heart at ease that he is alright. When I was able to visit I found the home extremely clean, welcoming and the staff really friendly. I often call late at night to suit my friend and this does not seem to cause any problems, it's just like he is at home.
Thank you for such a wonderful review, we are very pleased that you and your friend have had such a positive experience with the home.
The care staff have patience of saints and have done a tremendous job during covid.
The carehome is very clean, food looks amazing and Nan loves it, great hair dresser for the residents as well.
What a wonderful review, thank you for your comments. We look forward to seeing every one soon, as visiting recommences.
My relative is in the home, and has been roughly ten years, she appears happy and is enjoying her time there - the only complaint she has ever given me is food and some staff were not to her standards.
The home is exceptionally clean and secure.
Thank you for your review, we appreciate your honest feedback, please be reassured we take our feedback very seriously. We currently have a new company head chef and will be revamping all our homes menu's hopefully this will be in progress soon. I look forward to meeting you soon when we welcome back visitors to the home.
I feel the home is excellent. I would recommend this care home to everybody. They have had a hard year and have come through it with flying colours. Where it is situated in Lochgelly it is very easy to access if you are using a bus as I have in the past. The home is easy to find from the bus stop and now, thankfully, I travel by car and there are plenty of parking areas.
Thank you for such a wonderful review, we look forward to seeing you back in the home soon once our indoor visits are up and running. It has been quite a difficult year with all the restrictions and we appreciate all the support we have received from our relatives.
Care exceptional, staff are amazing, kind, patient and fun. Would have no hesitation recommending Mossview, very happy with care provided which gives peace of mind. Clean, friendly and great choice of food. Plenty of cake!! Relieved this is where I chose for my relative.
Thank you for a wonderful review, I am new to the team and have seen the wonderful care provided. We look forward to welcoming people back soon and I look forward to getting to know everyone.
We personally chose this care home to place my grandmother in. She has been in the care home for a few years now and she views it as her own home. She has a lovely large room and her own bathroom. The staff within the home are fantastic and all my gran's needs are met. I cannot recommend this care home enough.
What a lovely review! Thank you for your kind words, being new to the team I look forward to meeting up with our families and friends when we welcome people back in to the home.
A small, friendly place with a lovely, homely atmosphere. It has the most caring, patient, thoughtful staff you could ever wish for. My mother is treated as an individual and cared for as such with the staff taking the time to read up on her history and treat her according to her needs. They endeavour to make her day as fun and joyful as possible paying attention to all her likes and dislikes. They have been absolutely amazing during Covid-19 and I am in no doubt about the care and attention my mother receives from the staff, she loves it. Every visitor is welcomed with a smile making the whole experience feel like a family outing. It's simply a wonderful place to be and I'm so happy this was my choice of home. I have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone. Activities have been restricted due to COVID only, but have no doubt these will resume in time as there seems to be an extensive list of things to do.
Thank you very much for your review, we really appreciate your feedback. We will share it with the team.
My sister recently became a resident. As I live 150 miles away I recently visited the home for the first time and was very impressed with the home, facilities, my sister's room and the attentiveness of all the staff I encountered. I was a few years ago an Assessor for Investors in People and assessed several care homes, in my opinion, Mossview is certainly one of the best I have encountered.
