I visit my cousin in the home every Monday morning for the past 28 months. I have been welcomed and treated with respect every visit. The staff are very well trained and although they are conspicuous by their absence, they appear out of nowhere at the push of a button. They respect my cousin and her lack of movement, they always talk to her and joke with her. She unfortunately is at the near end of her life but the carers treat her with the dignity and respect they would give one of their own family members. The manager is always cheery, welcomes me when she is available and I am kept up to date with my cousin's condition. The whole staff are a credit to the name of the care home. It has been a pleasure to see how my cousin has been treated.
Thank you for your lovely comments, and for sharing your visiting experience and the care your cousin is receiving from the team. it's lovely to have this feedback which I will share with the team.
All down to the staff at Mossview.
As a family we can't thank the staff enough, you are all making an old lady very happy even with dementia.

Yesterday was my first visit to Mossview @ The Opera Care Home and I was pleasantly surprised by not only a warm welcome but the cheerful atmosphere. The place was spotless and my sister-in-law's room was so cosy and comfortable and she is obviously happy. All the people we met were also happy. The staff were always on hand and the staff as well were very friendly. I'm so glad she is in a lovely place and being looked after. Thank you.
Thank you for taking the time to write us a review, we are so glad to hear your sister-in-law and you are happy with the home.

The staff are very helpful, and nothing is any trouble for them, always attentive and welcoming - all the staff.
If I ever needed to come into a care home, I hope it would be like Mossview.
Thank you so much for taking the time to complete a review of our home, and I will ensure that this information is shared with the staff team.
Kind regards.
Not living locally - pre-arranged the visit. On my arrival, the staff knew my name, had been expecting me and gave me a warm welcome. They supported my visit so well, helping the resident to feel at ease, getting chairs, doing the door for our privacy and bringing lunch to the room so as not to shorten y visit from England. All care observed was sensitive and caring, the environment was clean and tidy, and I can't thank the staff enough for their support that day. It meant a lot.
Hi Dawn, thank you for taking the time to complete the review Of the home, I will pass this on to the team. Kind regards, Katrina.
The organisation and management of the home is excellent - from the admin, communication and contact through to staff numbers and quality; the entertainment, the facilities and so on.
As mentioned, the staff are first class. They are warm and welcoming and appear to take great care with all of the service users. They go above and beyond what I would have expected, and nothing seems to be too much trouble for them.
I strongly suspect that the management lead from the front and also surround themselves with very capable people. This results in very well run care home and I couldn't be happier with it.
Thank you for much for taking the time to complete this review, it's so nice to receive fantastic comments about the staff team and your experience in the home.
I will ensure that this review is shared with the staff team.
Thank you once again
Kind regards.

We can’t fault the amazing welcome and care that all the staff (care, admin, catering, housekeeping teams) at Mossview have given to Mum. It gives us great reassurance, knowing she is being well looked after, and she’s enjoying the company too! Everyone is so dedicated, friendly and helpful, a really professional team led by the home manager. Can’t thank you all enough!
My mum has only been a resident for a few weeks but has settled well and is always immaculately dressed and well looked after. The hairdresser on site does a great job and prices are very reasonable. Just had afternoon tea and couldn’t have had any better at a five-star hotel. A good selection of sandwiches, cakes and sausage rolls are served and they are all homemade. Scones with jam and cream were lovely and they provided as much tea or coffee as you want, all served in china cups! Will definitely do this again!
Thank you so much for your lovely review, we are so delighted you enjoyed your afternoon tea, I'll pass your comments and lovely review on to the staff team.
It's great to hear your mum has settled into the home. She's doing fantastic. Truly enjoys having her hair done and spending time with the residents.
Kind regards,
Katrina.
