My mother went in for respite care and was very well looked after. She received a very warm welcome from the staff, the centre was bright, warm and very clean, a real credit to the staff. Nothing was too much bother and her room was very light, warm and had a lovely outlook onto the garden. I had to
contact the staff beforehand with some questions, the phone was answered promptly and information was provided quickly and clearly. My mother enjoyed her short stay in the Wade and I felt very relaxed and confident she would be well looked after by a very happy and caring team. I only wish her stay could have been longer but we were only able to get the few nights that were available.
A lovely centre, with a wonderful, warm, welcoming, and friendly staff, and I look forward to placing my mother in their care in the future.

Non-compliance to provide formal complaint details. Extremely rude staff and very argumentative regarding appropriate care. Staff prefer to sit around and chat amongst themselves and eat food than attend to residents in their care.
