Overall Experience

We have been so happy with the care given to my 100 year old father-in-law. On the day of his 100th, the conservatory was set out for his little party where he was presented with his card from the King and staff made sure his day was special. After a short time in an upstairs room he was transferred into a new comfortable ground floor room, making it easier for him to transfer to the lounge. The staff were immediately available to help and support him as needed, and very aware of his tendency to fall as well as swallowing problems. He passed away recently, being well looked after till the end. Thank you to all the staff. We so appreciate your efficiency and kindness to all of us.

My mother has been there for a few months now. Her whole demeanour has changed and she is so happy now in her new surroundings. Staff are very caring and it's such a lovely place. Thanks to staff for making my mum so welcome and happy.

My father lives in a warm and comfortable room with all the facilities he needs. The staff at the home are kind and caring and nothing is too much trouble when it comes to my father's comfort and care.

This care home is an example where care is at the forefront of everything they do. We moved my dad from a top end care home, which unfortunately

fell well short of the basic care needs, to Bonnyton. At Bonnyton he flourished and was very well cared for. He passed recently and again the staff could not have given him a more dignified end.

Overall Experience

My mum has been a resident of Bonnyton House for the past 11 months and during that time she had received the highest quality of care. The carers are all very dedicated and friendly personnel, there is nothing too small or large for them to assist with. I would highly recommend Bonnyton House to anyone who is looking for a residential care home for their loved ones.
