I visit the care home as often as possible, and I never fail to be amazed at the wonderful and kind communication skills of the staff, from the management down to the carers. The staff are so genuinely caring and extremely patient, and it always makes a big impression on me. It is a pleasure to visit
this care home and to see the residents living home from home. The residents are all very relaxed and very happy, and it is clear that they are settled there and consider it their home. All this is possible due to the love and kindness which is given by the staff across the board. When visiting, I clearly see that the Residents are happy, mingling, chatting, and enjoying their day with the carers and staff in the background helping as and when needed. I always leave there feeling very impressed with what I see. A big thumbs up to the management and all the staff who make this a very special place for the residents.

My granny is really content in Rosemary Lodge Care Home any time me and my family visit her. She appears settled and enjoys the company within the home. We can tell the staff go above and beyond and are approachable with any issues or concerns.

This is the second time I have placed my husband into respite in Rosemary Lodge Care Home and both times I have felt content in the knowledge that he would be well looked after. I hope that when I next require respite care they will be available and if he ever requires permanent care they would be my
number one choice.

When my sister was diagnosed with slight dementia and needed full-time care which we were unable to provide, we tried several options and were fortunate to find Rosemary Lodge. She is very happy and enjoys the company of others and staff.

My mum became a full-time resident in Rosemary Lodge in April and as a family, we were worried a lot about how she would settle in and adapt. We really had no need to be concerned as Rosemary Lodge is a wonderful place with a very dedicated and courteous staff who treat my mum with respect and dignity
and make her stay very comfortable and enjoyable. However, the furniture in her room could be perhaps of a higher standard.

Staff friendly and helpful. Have been kept informed at all times should there be a problem or health issue re my mother.
Different activities are laid on for the residents which are much appreciated. Grounds are well maintained and the home is kept very clean. Have recommended this home to other families
and would do so again.

I find Rosemary Lodge an excellent care facility. The staff could not be more friendly and helpful and would not hesitate to recommend it the only thing I would say is I think the rooms could do with a little updating.

The staff are very friendly and nothing seems to be a bother to them. The home is clean and tidy. The care is very good. My father enjoys the meals as they have a good choice. Overall the home is very good.

All of the family are more than happy with the care and attention mum is getting at Rosemary Lodge Care Home. We looked around a number of homes and this was by far our first choice. We feel happy that mum has first-class care by very professional and friendly staff. It's a great comfort to have calls
and updates on how mum is and if anything changes.
All in all a very very happy son with no complaints at all.

My mum was reluctant to move into a care home but the care and consideration given was excellent and she settled in well. The food was well balanced and the staff are always caring and tolerant. Well done.

Mum has settled into the home and is very happy. Staff are friendly and attentive and meet my mother's needs daily. The residents are always clean and tidy and appear happy anytime I visit. Visitors are always made welcome.

The care and attention given to my mother during her stay in Rosemary Lodge made all the difference to both her and the family. We could leave her, confidently knowing she will be well cared for, physically and emotionally. Staff were constantly attentive to her needs and ensured both her safety and
contentment. Ensuite facilities would help to improve this provision.

Staff are all very friendly and the care my mum receives is also very good. My mum is always clean, tidy and I feel she is happy and content.

I feel that Rosemary Lodge meets the needs of my mother who suffers from depression and anxiety. She needs a lot of reassurance at all times, in which staff are very good at doing so. Sometimes she needs direct instructions to get up out of bed when her mood is low.
I feel the nurses have a firm but
caring approach to this.
