Was very fortunately to get my parents into Balloo House at the same time. Mum is EMI and Dad has major health issues, although still lightly mobile.
What a blessing to find Balloo House with nice surroundings and facilities, very caring and professional staff, and a very helpful manager.
I have
no qualms and feel that my parents are in an excellent facility, especially as I do not live locally.
