As part of our continual program of service improvement at Little Holland Hall, we have recently had a shower room installed. Unfortunately, due to a delay in the build, there was a period of time when residents were not able to use the facility and this included the time your partner was with us.
Whilst we understand that your partner prefers a shower, every opportunity is given for residents to have a bath, ensuring that high levels of personal hygiene will always be maintained.
At Little Holland Hall we have an open door policy, and you are always welcome to visit and take a look at the new facilities that are now available.

We are sorry to hear that the food offering did not meet your expectations. The equipment we serve the meals from should ensure both the plates and the meal itself are of an adequate temperature.
