The staff and office staff are very helpful with any questions I needed answering and I would always support any of them whenever I can.

I cannot emphasise enough how happy I am that my husband is at The Willows.

I felt it difficult to settle in here after nearly 9 years in my old home. But now feel really settled and as if I belong here. I think the staff are excellent. Very friendly and willing to help me with anything I might need. But at present, I feel a bit worried as I have had no cream for the bottom of my legs, also I'm not getting my laundry back.

The care team and activities co-ordinator treat my mother as an individual, with kindness, compassion and humour. They are very proactive, thinking about ways to engage her so that she is stimulated, both mentally and physically. I am delighted by their warm professionalism and that I have found such an excellent level of care for my mother.

He was extremely well looked after. The food was excellent and he was very comfortable. It was the first time he had been in residential care so it was important that he was well looked after. Thank you.

My father has lived at The Willows just over four years so we have seen many changes. Currently, the care that he receives is of a very high standard and he is treated with dignity and respect every day. The staff are always happy to discuss any queries that we may have and always put our minds at rest and we know that they put dad's needs first.

The room a bit warm but that is our friends choice. Thank you for what you are doing.

Welcoming staff who work their hardest to ensure top quality care to all residents. Lovely atmosphere for residents and families. Couldn't fault this home at all. It's lovely to see all residents cared for and respect given to each individual as all there needs are different. Very homely atmosphere and a lot of support available as this has been a hard time for our family. Defiantly a 5 star home!

In the present climate choosing a home for a loved one is very hard, all I can say is that dad is safe, he is happy and has a great rapport with the staff, if my dad is happy then I am happy and I hope this helps anyone seeking a place for their loved one.
