Appointed Head of Services in September 2025, Pete Bowley is a key member of the Senior Management Team at Crownwood Healthcare Group. Pete’s journey with Crownwood began in 2015, following his earlier years at Temple Ewell Nursing Home starting in 2010. From his first role as a Healthcare Assistant through to Nursing Associate, Deputy Manager (2017–2022), and later Training and Technical Manager (2022–2025), Pete has built a career grounded in compassion, capability, and a deep commitment to quality care. What truly sets Pete apart is his passion, for people, learning, and service excellence. He is dedicated to empowering staff at every level, ensuring they have the training, technical support, and confidence to deliver outstanding care. Even in his senior leadership position, Pete remains hands-on with group-wide training and continues to be a go-to source of guidance for teams across the organisation. Modern in his approach and driven by a belief that great care starts with great people, Pete brings energy, experience, and a forward-thinking mindset to Crownwood Healthcare. Dianne has been with the Crownwood group since May 2023 and became Home manager in September 2024, Dianne is a Registered Nurse and has over 14 years of experience, Dianne has worked within many hospital settings and also forensic nursing, Dianne has a passion for elderly care and has all of our residents needs at heart, Dianne is looking forward to building and supporting the nursing teams skills to ensure that our residents receive the best care possible.
Chim is a registered nurse and in September 2024 moved from her role as Clinical lead to Deputy Manager of Byron Lodge, Chim has a passion for EOL care and person-centred care for the elderly, within her role as deputy Chim works closely with the support of our nursing team and assists with Dianne the Home manager in the day to day running of the home.
