My Sister is extremely well cared for by all the very hardworking Staff. She is very happy to be in the home & has a good relationship with all the Staff, who gout of their way to engage with her.
She joins in on activities & was taken out recently for a day trip.
Staff are very attentive to our needs as visitors, providing tea & coffee & sometime cake or biscuits. I have had a lot of experience of care Homes & find this 1 to be the most welcoming & friendly.

Many Thanks to all

I visit my friend weekly, and at each visit I am welcomed by staff with a lovely smile and request if I want a cup of tea and sometimes a cake. I notice with pleasure that residents will be taken outside in fresh air and sunshine, which is a great improvement than all sitting in a semicircle with no fresh air and TV blaring out. Something I notice patients being put to bed around 3 to help the staff. On the whole, a good care home.

Small and friendly care home, with a high ratio of staff to residents. Their 'End of Life' care was exceptional towards my dad during his last weeks of illness before he died, for me and my family, that has given us enormous comfort during our grief. It's not 'modern or flashy' like newer care/residentail homes, but it is so warm and friendly, and it feels like one big family.

I always get a good reception when I come to the home. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Offer food and drinks. This is how a home should be, good care and food in a pleasant environment. Entertainment is excellent, a lot of fun. The staff have a good understanding of the needs of the residents. And they are happy in their work which is also important since they work long hours.

Our father was a resident up until his recent passing. At that time, the care and compassion the management and staff gave to him and us, his family, was exceptional. Family difficulties made the relationship very awkward for the home but they rose above this situation and ensured that we were all kept updated with Dad’s health and care. A very grateful thank you to the manager and all the staff at Witnesham for looking after our beloved father and for the help and support they gave us too.

My grandfather was cared for there for end of life. All staff have been wonderful and they can’t be praised enough. Before he became unwell he was enjoying so many activities with the rest of the residents, and really enjoyed his stay there. I can’t thank enough all the staff there for looking after him so well.

My uncle went into this lovely care home August 2020. I have always found his care to be of the highest standards. I telephoned him every evening and he always seemed happy with his care and food, the staff were always willing to talk to me when I phoned regarding his well being. I feel I couldn’t have made a better choice for him, all the staff go that extra mile to care for the residents.

This was Dads first time in a care home and we couldn’t have been more satisfied with this lovely home. The staff were extremely friendly, warm and welcoming. On our first visit with Dad we met the nurse in charge and she was so informative and kind and really understood Dad's needs. The day we left Dad we met the owner and many of the other staff, all were friendly and spoke to Dad directly. The home is small and cosy and is like a very comfortable Hotel.
The menu is very good with lovely home made meals. Dad doesn’t eat much at home but really tucked into the meals during his stay. He said he really enjoyed his stay and was able to chat and have a laugh with the staff.
His room was very clean and bright and a TV was organised for him for his stay.

We were extremely pleased with this home and will certainly look to use it again in the future for respite care.

My Aunt moved to this home in December very quickly following a deterioration in her physical health. She found this extremely distressing and grieved for her own home. Every member of staff has worked tirelessly to show her kindness, respect and cared for her as they would a family member. She is now much more settled and adapting to residential life.

I would not hesitate to recommend this outstanding care home to any of my friends family or acquaintances. They go over and above their expected care to provide a truly caring, empathetic environment. As a family, we can only say thank you so very much.
