Staff are very caring and dedicated nothing is too much trouble for them. The team make it their mission to get to know the client, their capabilities. When we speak with staff they go out of their way to acknowledge us. Absolutely wonderful home, clean, fresh, residents always look lovely.

All the staff at Lyndhurst Park are very committed and passionate about the care of the residents checking on them frequently 24hrs a day.
I visit regularly and spend all day with my fathers so notice the marvelous team work.

The manager is very approachable and overseas a very organised and well run nursing home which is welcoming and homely, it's like one big family.

Mum moved to Lyndhurst Park following a rapid deterioration in hospital- delerium Alzheimer's. The manager and staff went out of their way to accommodate Mum's significant needs, treating her with kindness, dignity and care even when this wasn't being reciprocated by her. As a family who visited daily, we feel very supported and informed as to next steps and expectations.

My grandson had the last week of his end-of-life care at Lyndhurst Park. We as a family found the staff very caring. My grandson was taken outside to have a cigarette when he needed one which meant a lot to him. The staff were very nice and comforting to us at the end and did all they could for which we were very grateful.

This is a review for my brother, who is currently a resident at Lyndhurst Park Care Home (33/35 Severn Road, Weston-super-Mare). He receives excellent care off the staff at the home, who are all very good to him and nothing is ever too much trouble. The kitchen staff look after him very well. His food is always very good. His room is always kept very clean and tidy. My brother is very happy at Lyndhurst Park.

My mum is calm and happy at Lyndhurst Park, even with her mixed dementia she feels safe and enjoys chatting to the staff who are very kind to her.

The staff are always polite to me and my family members when they visit and we all feel reassured that Mum is in a kind and caring place where she is respected and has a voice. Thank you to all at Lyndhurst for their continued care and kindness.

I couldn't ask for more from a care home. Lyndhurst Park has been home for my brother-in-law for the past ten months. The care he has received has been excellent. The staff are always very welcoming and there is always a friendly atmosphere. My brother-in-law is now a permanent resident and he's very well cared for by the kind-hearted team at Lyndhurst Park. We looked at lots of nursing homes, but Lyndhurst Park was clearly the best choice.

My son has improved considerably since leaving hospital after a brain haemorrhage and becoming a resident at Lyndhurst Park. He has changed from aggressive behaviour to a calmer demeanour helped by the very attentive staff who he has got to know and trust.

My father has been in Lyndhurst Park for 18 months and he is treated like one of the family. The care and attention he receives is second to none. The same can be said about us as a family - the team at the home understand how difficult it can be for us and make our life as easy as they can too. They even made special arrangements so we could hold a small party for mum and dad's 60th wedding anniversary. I feel confident and relaxed with my dad being looked after at Lyndhurst.
