Overall Experience
On the whole, the staff are friendly and considerate. However, many seem to work under pressure which does at times mean they are not able to spend as much time as they would like with each resident.
The premises have excellent facilities and a great deal of thought goes into trying to ensure the residents have a pleasant stay.
