A friendly place. I am always greeted and welcomed. My wife is always dressed with her hair well done despite having lost all her abilities. The home is clean and well-managed.
My father spent the last ten weeks of his life in Linden House which provided a very happy environment with excellent, caring staff throughout. The welcoming atmosphere when we visited made visiting a pleasure and provided my father with the best possible environment during this difficult time. I can not thank the staff enough for all they did.
Very impressed with this care home. It has a wonderful, homely atmosphere, and the staff are so kind and caring. The activities coordinator comes up with absolutely brilliant activities, and there seems to be something going on to entertain the residents and keep them happy all the time. The rooms look like they are rooms people have in their own homes, with proper curtains and nice furnishings. The food is presented beautifully and looks amazing.
The staff at Linden House are very caring, friendly and professional. The surroundings are beautiful and make it such a peaceful place. I cannot speak highly enough of the Linden team, which gives you soo much peace of mind. Thank you so much.
Linden House provided excellent care, with well-trained and friendly staff. The home is set on beautiful grounds and all of the facilities are excellent. This home is highly recommended for the care of your loved ones.
I have been to other homes but this one is very good. Most of the staff are lovely and a pleasure to be with. I have found some good friends and we enjoy chatting and having a laugh and we can now go on outings such as to the garden centre.
It was soon obvious that the standard of care was first class. A more than approachable owner and staff of carers whom I could never fault in any way. Very much a family environment I found.
As long as she was able she enjoyed the grounds and the activities and everything that could be done for her was done.
I can honestly say that during an exceptionally difficult year all the staff at Linden House have worked tirelessly to continue their dedication to look after their residents. Even through the thick of COVID, they battled on. My husband was in the hoe for 2 and a half years until September when he sadly passed away very unexpectedly. Everything was handled with so much compassion to me and him. He enjoyed being there, liked to chat to everyone and make them laugh. Nothing is too much trouble, even if you want porridge for tea! It is an excellent care home with superb gardens that I would recommend to anyone. Well done to you all.
The welcome is very warm and friendly. The care is very caring. All the staff are lovely. The home is very homely. We were more than happy with our relative's care, as were the rest of the family. I would highly recommend this care home.
Dad was a resident at Linden for 2 and a half years. Dad was always well cared for and supported. He had a lovely room that was always clean and he could add his personal items. He had a good relationship with the staff and management. If we ever had a concern we could always discuss it and any issues resolved. Nursing care was of a high standard and his dietary needs were met. There was always plenty of choices. Dad was very happy at Linden ad so were his family.
My mother came to Linden House for one week respite. While there, she liked it so much she asked if she could stay. She spent the next 6 months of her life happy, content and safe. At Linden House she had company, companionship, all her needs met and felt she was in a safe environment.
