My father came for respite after breaking his back. Within days, the wonderful team had started his rehabilitation and he made fantastic progress. Everything centred around his choices, from when he wanted to get up to what he wanted to eat.
My mother was welcomed daily and invited to share meals with him. The activities are amazing, with so much effort and care put into giving residents a fulfilling life. The team even took my parents out for a meal together, creating special memories.
Everyone at Meadowfields made us feel like part of the family. My father had previously hated respite care, yet he was genuinely upset to leave Meadowfields - which says everything.

The home is very well maintained, exceptionally clean & smells lovely. All the residents are treated with dignity & respect. They have activities daily & have singers, farm animals etc come in which they all love. I'm very happy that I know dad is safe & well taken care of

It was a tough decision to move mum in to a home and broke our hearts, but it was the best decision we have made . Mum calls Meadowfields her home. She is safe, well looked after.
